Amazing Quality - Great Sound Profile - Affordable
I have had these for about a week. I recently upgraded my phone, and it did not include a standard headphone jack. I have been very impressed with these so far. When then arrived, they were packed well, with more than enough fitting options and accessories. The connections are sturdy and snap securely into place. I can't believe these are priced so affordably! Sound Profile: I have been through multiple sets of earbuds, and though I would not consider myself and audiophile, I am very keen on a well balanced sound. These have clear distinct bass without being ridiculously bass heavy like most affordable earbuds. The highs are crisp without being tinny, and the mids give that punch exactly where it is needed. They did a great job with the tuning of these. I listen to many genres of music, and I have been very impressed with the new detailed I'm hearing in music that I've listened to for years. Do yourself a favor and purchase these if you want to re-experience music you already love. Listen to the album 13 by Blur and thank me later. Volume: I have had issues in the past with earbuds not being loud enough. I do not use an amplifier, and use the bluetooth audio straight from my Pixel 2xl. The sound is more than loud enough, and I haven't had them anywhere near full volume. Similar earbuds in this category were much quieter, and I had to almost crank the volume to full to get a decent sound. Not with these. Battery Life: Battery life is as promised and will last for about 6-6.5 hours of active listening. Once that runs out, there is no perceivable sound difference with the wired adapter plugged in. Fit and Feel: These feel comfortable in my ears, and the many accessories and fitting pieces included allow for the perfect fit for your ears. Also, I have worn these for 8 hours straight and compared to many other earbuds I've tried, they have not caused any discomfort. Final Thoughts: I have only had these for a week, and based on my initial experience with their build quality, these deserve 5 stars, which I do not take lightly. Thanks for making an incredible product, guys! If I somehow break or lose these, I would definitely purchase again without hesitation!

Good sound for gym earphones
I really like these a lot, but could not give them 5 stars. Customer support - OUTSTANDING! They are quick to answer any questions, via email or their site. Good advice on use too. Durability: so far so good Battery Life: have not tested well, since have charge pack in my gym bag Sound Quality: Quite good. Not as good as my Bose over-the-ear, but as good as any of the other ear-plug style ones that I have tried. HOWEVER... = The sound isolation did not work well for me with any of the supplied ear pieces. Luckily I had some extras that included a bigger size. Things worked well from that point on. - The equalizer - My hearing is not the best which may be why I could not detect much difference between the settings. I would be nice if it would announce what mode you have switched to, but it does not. I reset to the default, following mfr. instructions and just leave it there. They came with multiple sets of ear plugs and wings. For my ears I needed the biggest ones, and as noted above, the biggest plugs were not quite big enough for me. The wings help them stay in place throughout my various exercise antics. It is frustrating to me that LA Fitness has TVs all over the place, but they do not use bluetooth. With these earphones I can just bring along the included sound cable and use them when I am slaved to aerobic equipment. Note that they are not very loud this way, but the good sound quality and isolation makes everything usable. The accessories for cable management are fairly complete. Lots of options for different size ears too (although not one for my large ear cavity.) I will add feedback as I have used them more, especially with regards to durability and battery life. UPDATE: 5/18/19 Started having problems after 8 months. It acts like a loose internal connection. Sound in one ear drops off or sounds staticy. The GOOD news is - the customer service was FANTASTIC. My emailed complaint was answered promptly, and they sent me a new pair quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.

Wired/Wireless + Price = Cool
First off, I'll start by saying that I have never owned bluetooth headphones and this was my first purchase. The product feels doesn't feel cheap and the sound is very good, especially with this price. The headphones came with everything mentioned, additional buds, ones with less bass and ones with more. The ones with more seem to be better at muffling noise since they're thicker, but I prefer being able to hear others so I have each earpiece with a different bud. The earbuds have a curved feature which tucks under a crevice in your ear so they don't really fall out. It also comes with a longer and shorter one, but if you don't want to have it on, it's fine to leave it off. The headphones work well with calls, there doesn't seem to be any problems. Connecting and disconnecting is easy and there are other listening modes you can toggle to (although when listening to music I couldn't really tell the difference between them, then again I don't have that great of hearing). And finally, these come with a micro USB b to aux so you can listen to music wired. Unfortunately the mic only works while you are on bluetooth, but at least it'll use your phone's mic. Oh, and the area for the aux connection is also where you charge the headphones. I only have a couple gripes about these headphones. 1. The design of the headphones for the part where the micro USB b connects kind of makes it look a bit weird when wired. This is because the connector is perpendicular to the headphone wire, so the aux cord hangs over a bit near the connection. 2. The wire between the ear pieces isn't too short, but if I wear it behind my neck (and decide to take then out and leave them hanging) it only goes to about my collarbone. I'd be nice if it were a bit longer. 3. For whatever reason my headphones (when I'm listening to absolutely nothing, sometimes I keep them in without music) have a very minuscule but noticable if you try, bit of feedback (like white noise but very low, only slightly noticable at max volume) with everything that I do on my phone. 4. I don't know why, but my headphones control a different volume than my phone. I can have media on max on my phone and turn the headphone's volume to mute. Whatever the reason, I guess it has more control of the range of the volume. 4. Didn't work with discord on my phone when the app explicitly stated to use the speaker. If I turned it off I could hear through the headphones. Typically headphones override that option, but it's not too big a deal Overall, it was a worthwhile purchase

Best earbuds I've ever used
The sound quality on these is incredible. The sound is crisp, clear, and richโI've never experienced such high quality sounds from a pair of earbuds before. I also use the noise cancelling buds and they do a great job of blocking out outside noises and immersing you into whatever you're listening to. Despite using the smallest earbud plug + the ear attachment, these fall out a bit more often than normal earbuds. But I don't really mind it -- it's not too often to the point where I'm doing it every other second. I bought these with the intention of using them at the gym, which is a reason why they could be falling out more than I expected. To keep them from moving around, I tend to tuck the end of the earbuds into my shirt, but there is also a clip feature that comes with the earbuds. While I don't use it, I find that it's just a nice accessory to have. Speaking of accessories, there are so many pieces to choose from! I don't use many of them, but the ones I do use (the carrying pouch + the ear attachments) are very helpful. On top of this, the earbuds are magnetic, which is a cool bonus. I also enjoy having the wired attachment when I don't feel like using the bluetooth function. It makes things so much easier and I'm glad I bought these instead of just the bluetooth ones. (One thing to note is that the sound is a little different when using the wired function, howeverโI find that the noise is louder on the left side than the right, but it's not that big of a deal.) Battery life is also pretty good. I don't charge it that often since it does last me a good while. Charging speed is also extremely fast, which was a nice bonus. The only real quibble I have with these earbuds is how much they stick out of the ear. It's definitely a noticeable amount, especially when my hair is up, but I've gotten over it over time. I also dislike how you can't use the microphone function when wired in, but that's not too big of an issue for me. Overall, I would highly, highly recommend these earbuds to anyone who's looking for a high quality pair of earbuds. I can tell these will last me a long time and I'm glad I got these instead of a more expensive pair like Beats.

just got these issue with cables.
Great sound right out of the box. Pairs easy. Was up and using wireless in 2 minutes. Lots of options for ear comfort. so far the main product is great to use. *** My issues ** 1) I wish the controls sat lower on the cable near the middle of the cable it feels awkward to me. Maybe because it is new. 2) Big issue for me the set came with a full USB cable into a b sized USB. There is no way for me to connect this to my Samsung note 10 plus with out buying another cable or an adapter. So there is no way for me to test wired mode right now. This frustrates me. 3) Second big issue the aux cable is also useless as it is the same size as the other cable connection. So basically I have a wireless headset I can charge. But I cannot connect to anything else unless I use blue tooth. I want to give 5 stars but for a brand new product out of the box I can't do it. This easily would have been 5 stars if the cables were correct from the get go.

<30 days: Bluetooth intermittent when running; Disappointed
Final update: quit on me 20 minutes into today's run. Consistent inconsistent connectivity. Only reason I left the 1-star is that their customer service was a positive. Just can't say the product matches the service. Another update: 2nd pair worse BT connectivity than first. Already returned. Now first pair continued to make static sound after run today and even with power off. Charged to blue light for short flight today and they died after 30 minutes. Glad I had the plug-in cord to get through flight. Couldnโt be more frustrated. Update: Contacted their customer service after I figured out it seemed like the wire to the control piece was causing the issue. They were great and are shipping a replacement. Fingers crossed. Was very encouraged initially but now constantly in/out with the bluetooth. I've deleted, re-installed, forgot device, etc. No change. Also took me multiple tries on the various earbud combos to find ones fairly comfortable. Sound "tinny" and weak even in their "80's rock" mode, or whatever they call it. Guess I'll keep for the wired connection feature for long flights but I'm also in the market yet again for another paid of headphones.

GREAT FOR THE PRICE!
I was very very skeptical about cheeper wireless headphones...since I just bought my first pair that were almost double this price but were so bad, took them back 1 hr after receiving. So, I get these and was immediately pleasantly surprised/relieved. For the price, sound is crisp, good highs and mids, bass was OK, but I thought could be better. I got them to work out with using my Samsung Galaxy 7. I then later download equalizer on my phone and WOW, what a difference!!! Made these headphones sound significantly better and with the equalizer bass boost, gave the bass a big kick. With the equalizer, these headphones went from pretty good to great!. I love the fact that it can run for 6 hrs on wireless, and you can attach the wire at anytime and plug them right in to your phone...that really separates these from all others I looked at that run $30-$100. Comfort is pretty good, I had them in for an hour playing with the equalizer on my phone and had no issues. SO, I highly recommend these and highly recommend downloading a good music equalizer on your phone which will really enhance all your music with any headphones you have....I wish I did a long time ago. Live and learn. Also, I have expensive Shure headphones with great comfy ear pieces but they don't fit these....too small so I am trying to figure out how to make them fit by making the plastic hole a just a littler larger to make them fit these...If I can do that, it will really make a huge difference if both comfort and sound quality. Only complaint about these would be that the carrying pouch is too small, headphones, cord, charger hardly fit...I don't keep the extras in the bag, just what you may need when your are out and about. Shortly after authoring this, I thought of a way to get the Shure foam sleeves to fit these. Now, sound improved a bit...they are now much much more comfortable and cut the outside noise down significantly. Genius.

Good deal for what you get!
I actually came across a new pair from a different brand that blow these out of the water. But when I was using them, I can't say I wasn't impressed. I'd been on the hunt for a pair of bluetooth earbuds with decent battery life. My expectations weren't really that high, considering the market previous to when I tried these. When I saw that there was still a WIRED option, on top of other good reviews, I couldn't resist. They sound really good and have multiple built-in options for EQ by just double tapping the play button. They're not as loud as I normally like but the noise cancellation picks up the slack there. I ended up needing a replacement pair within a month of my first purchase and have had 2 others following because the wire adapter for the phone began to short out after just a few weeks of use. The assorted replacement earpieces and the clips were a lifesaver. The clips specifically helped keep me from losing them while working. (My wife lost my old pair after I got one of the replacements. Clips are a GOOD thing.) The battery life was better than what I was used to but it was a bit of a hassle having to resort to the plug in adapter when they died since you lose all the bluetooth controls. You actually have to pull your phone out to press play or change tracks or videos. The length of the wire is a gift and a curse; You get a lot of range if you're stationary and need to set the phone down while you do something else but it just gets in the way if you need to be mobile and work with your hands at the same time. (I'd normally tuck the wire down the front or back of my shirt.) That setback notwithstanding, at least you don't have to go about the rest of your activity or downtime in silence all of a sudden. It even comes with a small clam-style container to hold your earbuds and supplies while you're out and about. I utilized it extensively to hold my adapter wire for whenever the battery died. I enjoyed these while I had them (and when they worked) The actual buttons on my final pair were much easier to navigate as they stuck out more from the console so I knew which one I was pressing. Personally, I preferred a pair with a longer lasting battery than to have the option for wired play. As long as they can hold out until the end of the day when I can charge them, that works for me. That's what I have now but these were a nice stepping stone in the meantime.

Nice !
Bought these as my first proper foray into wireless headphones (tried a ยฃ2 chinese pair which worked surprisingly well, but sound quality was mediocre at best). These are very good looking with the matt black finish and yellow highlights, although I prefer a round cable to the ribbon one fitted, which I find transmits noise when rubbing on clothing. Also I feel the magnet earphone connectors could be a little stronger. The earphones connect quickly and easily with the phone, and the controls work well. Although I could not really distinguish any differences between the various sound modes, the sound is very crisp and clear, with reasonable bass response. Now we come to the major disappointment for me. I have a reasonably sized 2 bedroom flat, and with the chinese headphones I can go anywhere in the flat and stay connected. The Back Bays sometimes disconnect if I'm more than a few feet from the phone, but no problems if the phone is in a pocket. Comes with lots of earbuds and ear hooks to get a good fit. Also a clip to fit to clothing, but I found the cable adjuster absolutely useless, popping off at the least provocation ! The power cable is an added bonus, music on the move even if the earphone battery dies. Other than the disconnect glitch, a great set of 'phones at a great price.

Excellent Earphones.
Bass 5/5 Treble 5/5 Noise cancellation 5/5 (only if right pair of earbuds used which is provided along with the product. Battery life between 6-7hrs when fully charged. Both wireless and wired function works excellent with no difference in sound quality and it's useful when one runs out of battery. Length of audio jack is around 1-1.5 mtr. Besides, lookwise it's good and the pouch provided is of good quality.

Poor quality & short life
The bluetooth battery charges but doesn't start in short use..... Seems seller may have delivered old manufactured products... The internal batteries seems to be dead... Overall used not even for 5 hrs... Poor quality product

3h Play Time / Faulty Cable After 7 months
Product really good at first, however after moderate use only lasts 3h on battery and DOES NOT WORK WHEN WIRED. I believe it's the Jack to Micro USB cable - it started with one earphone breaking up and then the whole unit. Would be great if it was possible to buy replacement cable for a fair price. I was considering buying a second unit but now I can't recommend these earphones.

Not worth quarter of price tag
Sound quality is bad ... Really bad ... Not worth even the quarter of it's price tags. Only good thing is that it works in wired mode also... But no mic in wired... So ruins that feature as well
