shell: 95% cotton, 5% spandex lining: 100% polyeser

I have washed and dried twice in a tumble dryer on medium. So far, they have not shrunk. I would suggest buying the same size as your t-shirt size. I wear an XL. They are cotton and will shrink a little bit over time.
