Can it be used with Reolink Junction Box D20?

Hello. Sorry to tell you that the FE-P can not be used with D20. And Fisheye Camera FE-P is an indoor camera, it is not recommended to install it outdoor.

Is this rated for outdoor use? I'd like to mount this externally where it will be exposed to the elements.

Hello. Afraid not, this 6MP fisheye camera is not waterproof and is only for indoor use.

What build NVR does this work with?

Hello. The compatibility with NVR is affected by NVR hardware version. The NVRs sold now are all new UI hardware, and they can basically be used with FE-P. If the firmware version of the NVR is older, you can only need to manually upgrade it to the latest firmware(https://reolink.com/download-center/).

Is it Onvif compatible?

Hello. This camera FE-P can be added to some third-party software via RTSP/RTMP such as Synology and Blue Iris, however, third-party NVR is not supported.
