Open the back of the pocket watch, and replace the battery if it runs out.

377a battery. It takes a small, flathead screwdriver to remove the backing, and reattaches securely after replacement.

I’ve been trying to change the dials with the top piece and nothing happens is it broken I have the one piece version of the clock
