Industrial Electricity

Really close to good
I have worked as an industrial technician for three decades. Part of the time I was the technician, now I manage the technicians and also run a training program. [I have a 4-year degree!] What I learned is electricity is poorly taught. [I can count using ohm's law on my fingers. Meanwhile AC education is avoided < hard to find instructors] This comes close to a perfect book to teach what you need to know on the job in an industrial setting.. Really really good. I have bought dozens of texts for school and many more after in search of something that is practical in the field. This is the closet I have found! The lab manual to go with this book is Troubleshooting Electrical/Electronic Systems by Mazur.

Decent book
The class I have is a decent course. So far it has been review for everyone that took Basic Electricity at college, I tested out of that course with my Militray Background in electrial diagnostic and repairs. The book seems well written for beginners, and I guess this is a beginner's course..

Recomend
Good book! Very informative and laid out well so far. I am only about 1/4 into it. If you are using this book on your own, outside of a formal class, contact the publisher for an answer key to the review questions.
