負荷はとりあえず真中のレベル2を選択しました。私にはちょうどよい具合いですが、チューブはあと10cmぐらい長ければよかったかな。

長短が選べたらさらによかったです。これをやるには長い、これをやるには短いということになっています。 レベル2(負荷重量10kg)を運動をしている子どものリハビリ用に購入しました。運動習慣のない一般女性でも扱いやすいですが、キレイに引き締めるにはレベル1が良さそうです。
