As a yoga instructor i have been using kinesio tapes for almost 10 years, this one is the best . The adhesive is strong and looove the material finally fine a great one . Definitely will stick to this one . I bought 3 colors so i can set to my outfit 😄

Very bad product. From the first few hours, it caused burns in my both knees. It is very bad and i was not the only one who reported this notice about the product. Do not waste your money on hurting your body.
