I was in a TLSO for 4months after my surgery. I needed to transition to a LSO that was supportive and comfortable. I didn't want to buy one from the medical supply company because they overcharge so badly. This brace was perfect. I allows you to adjust your waist easily. I would change it from small to medium. Pulling the strings pull the back straight and supportive. This brace is perfect for those with back pain, recovering from lumbar fusions, or anyone needing back support. This even supports the lower thoracic back too! This was comparable to the ones the hospital supply but much cheaper! I was able to walk and move around comfortably with this brace. It was very easy to use and adjust the size. It cleans easy with a wet towel. There are nice pads on the side for comfort and prevent rubbing. It comes with a travel dust cover too. Hight recommend for anyone recovering from back surgery.

This was great after my back surgery. Definitely cheaper than what the surgeon was going to charge for a brace.

A good product at a great price.

My wife is older and has a compression fracture of a verterbrae in her middle back. She can walk but its very painful. This has helped a great deal. It basically goes on like a belt and velcro holds it closed so it can fit any size person. Then two elastic straps get pulled across your belly as tight as you want. It provides a lot of support to the back while allowing you to bend over or move around. The back area is a large hard cushioned turtle shell which feels very good. Its hard to lay down with though so she uses a more flexible brace which is like a wide and strong ace bandage. This provides a lot of pain relief and lets her move around. Its easy to use. And would be good for a slipped disk as well.

This is the same as a brace I got from the ER at the Mayo Clinic. After 5 months the old brace was uncomfortable. This is fantastic supports lumbar area really well and is so comfortable I can sleep in it. It is a really great brace

I had one from my spinal orthopedic physian. i thought i would never need it again since my surgery so i chucked it. My insurance paid $900 for it!!! Now two heriated discs later i need a new one. Called ortho, would cost me $900 to replace. Hi nurse told me go to amazon. Low and behold i found this one it offers better support than the $900 one. Hats off to his nurse for helping me out it STINKS if you need one , but if you're going to be stuck withe Bill this is the one for you
