Idk about the product but the box came in as open with no instruction paper inside. 100 percent this is used and open. The bottle is also damaged.

Estoy en pleno proceso de uso junto con la mascarilla y el champu de la misma gama y especialidad.Yo no lo uso por caspa sino por cuero cabelludo seborreico ( heridas terribles de arranscarme )y llevo unas dos semanas de uso se que aún me queda recorrido pero es cierto que e reducido picores y tengo menos heridas por lo que veo mi cuero cabelludo esta sanando y yo lo noto.

Sérum de nuit efficace, cuir chevelu apaisé dès la première utilisation
Ce sérum de nuit Kérastase Symbiose est devenu un indispensable dans ma routine capillaire. Je l’ai acheté pour traiter mon cuir chevelu sensible avec pellicules, et dès les premières applications, j’ai senti une vraie différence : moins de démangeaisons, moins de squames, et un cuir chevelu plus sain au réveil. La texture est légère, non grasse, et ne laisse aucun résidu dans les cheveux. Il s’applique facilement grâce à la pipette, et son parfum est très agréable, comme tous les produits Kérastase. ✅ Points positifs : • Apaise le cuir chevelu dès la première nuit • Réduit visiblement les pellicules • Texture légère, sans effet gras • Parfum agréable et discret Je recommande à toutes celles (et ceux) qui ont un cuir chevelu sensible ou sujet aux pellicules. C’est un produit efficace et agréable à utiliser.
