Good value, works well. Maybe not for heavy usage?DO use cutting oil when you are using this. And learn online how to use these (learn to back off etc)I needed to cut some thread in a few things (mostly Aluminum alloys so easy to do) and this worked perfectly/

Hard to read the numbers on the tap & dies . Do not seem to be made well , flat surfaces on dies have bad grind marks on them making numbers & letters hard to read!

All I needed was the M6x1.0 tap, but I figured I'd just buy the set for our shop if we ever need something in the future. With a little bit of Tap Magic, I made short work of the stripped and rusted out threads. Anti-seize and stainless replaced the bolt, shouldn't be an issue for a long while.

The taps work well enough. However, the dies immediately deformed while cutting brass, which is not a hard metal. It should've been easy, but it appears not to have been. Either I received some tools that were not appropriately hardened, or they aren't using tool steel. But for tapping, they work well

I wasn’t expecting top-tier quality for the price, but I at least expected the set to be functional. Unfortunately, it fell short in multiple ways. The small tap driver wouldn’t tighten properly on the tap, making it nearly useless. The larger T-handle tap driver was extremely stiff and difficult to adjust—loosening it too much caused one side of the block to fall out entirely. Additionally, the taps are very soft and feel low quality. I didn’t bother testing the dies, but I suspect they would have similar issues. I purchased both the metric and SAE sets, and both had the same problems. Definitely not worth the money.
