Can't live without these! Except when they get too expensive & add shipping charges! 5 STAR review!
DIY Egg Noodles can be found on YT. The ones by Maria Emmerich have a great texture, but there are lots of other variations, even ones like this product have DIY's on YouTube. It's worth it to buy these if you can afford it because it saves time. I'll buy again if the price comes back down. See my 5 Star review below. Love these but, now that they've started charging a shipping fee per 6 pack, they have become too overpriced. These are SO low Cal, the texture is better than anything I've tried except the ones I make myself, but who wants to do that? I'm sensitive to weird flavors and after tastes and these are good, they take on the flavor of whatever you're eating and you actually feel like you're getting a hearty comfort food. I also eat these on the Egg Fast. Recipes below. (Note: The ramen is better for dishes with thick sauces and meat (spaghetti/alfredo dishes), as these ingredients help hold it on your fork . The Vermicelli is better for watery dishes because it gets balled up in dishes with thick sauces, though I'm fine using it for everything. It's easier to eat with a fork than the ramen if your dish is watery.) You'll probably want to tweak these ideas, but I love the lasagna sauce I make for these. To a small casserole dish, add about 3 to 4 oz of meat (your choice), 3 oz 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese (1oz = 2 Tbsp), 2 oz grated sharp cheddar (I like Extra Sharp White Cheddar (from Target), 125g or 1/3 cup of Michael Angelo's Tomato Basil Nonna's Secret Marinera. Heat til very hot and melted. Mix in 3 Noodle Revolution Packages, do not put back in oven/microwave, top with up to 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese. Heating the noodles too much will make them excrete water and make your dish watery. Just heat up everything else then mix it in, or heat for a short 1 to 2 mins. Unless you're making soup, then it's fine. Chicken noodle soup: 1 can of chicken, 1/2 can of broth, 1-2 Top Ramen spice packets. I make it simple, but you can add veggies and other spices. Top Ramen, exchange ramen noodles for Noodle Revolution, add 2 ramen spice packets. Egg Fast Alfredo Sauce (Keto) This also reminds me of mac n cheese. 1 Tbsp butter 2 Ounces 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese 1 Ounce Sharp Cheddar 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese Melt in oven or microwave then add 3 packets of Noodle Revolution. I like the 1/3 less fat cream cheese because there's already so much fat in the other cheeses and butter. Helps to reduce calories.

Great low carb noodle option
I was looking for a low carb ramen noodle option. I typically go with shirataki noodles and then I came across this product. I really love these noodles and have purchased it several times now. Pros - low carb, low calorie, versatile (little to no taste so itโs easy to work with), doesnโt have the same smell/consistency of shirataki noodles if that is an issue for you. Cons - pricey, packages are small, and they do fall apart depending on how/how long you look them. Iโll also add that these are not ramen shaped. They remind me much more of an udon noodle. I have used them in soups (works perfectly) and stir fry (fantastic but does fall apart). I have only used these in Asian dishes - I may try a pasta dish next. All that said, I really like these egg noodles - never had anything like them before. I will continue to purchase.

Good but Kinda pricey
So, they taste like egg whites. Not shocking considering that's what they are. They absorb flavor well and they have a nice, soft texture for soup and stuff. However, they do break easily so my stir fry looked a little weird at the end. Also, you need two bags for a full meal in my opinion. Which isn't awful since two containers is still only 90 calories. Compare that to the 400+ you get with normal spaghetti noodles, and you can see the instant win. But, that does mean it costs over $7 in noodle alone to make a meal. Not the most expensive way to eat, but regular noodles are about 50 cents a serving, so I wouldn't dream of calling it cheap. I wish they let me bulk buy with a lower unit cost or something. Just to get it a little more affordable.

So much better to me than other keto noodles
So, these do not have taste on their own - but GREAT texture just like reg noodles and they pick up flavor of your sauce and super easy to use. I am strict keto. Couldn't get over the rubbery texture of shirataki noodles and more intensive prep either, so was happy to find these. Added these to keto sausage pumpkin soup, which gave me the perfect noodle texture and body without any funky taste and made with egg whites so good for decent amount of added protein. It was satisfying to add some body to the soup. I just wish they weren't so expensive, but I will buy again.

Very soft "noodles"
I got to try these noodles today. I ordered them on Feb 25th. Received them March 28th. They are in a clear liquid that has a mild, neutral smell. The noodles themselves are very very soft. Mixed them with a creamy soup base. They taste like nothing, which is good. Pair with whatever you need them to go with, though, I can't imagine eating them like actual spaghetti, with sauce. They DO break easily. You couldn't wind them on a fork. My hubby liked them. He is not picky. I could eat them, but I don't like the texture. But, most low carb noodles have an off texture to me. I like al dente pasta. They are "ok". I won't buy them again, because the wait to get them is too long and the price is too high for it to seem a worthwhile buy, in my opinion.

Quite noodle-like and easy to use.
Of the two varieties, I definitely prefer the ramen vs vermicelli. The vermicelli are just so soft they might as well not be there. The ramen are more like "real" noodles than the konjac/shirataki variety, although you use them pretty much the same way. They are, however, fairly flavorless on their own. I like to drain them and plop them in a bowl with some soy sauce and let them sit in that for a bit before putting them in the pan. I hope this company stays around on Amazon. Even though they are not cheap, they scratch that noodle itch for a stir fry.
