Excellent, it was a gift to my wife and she loves it...all features, and she is a picky lady...

great notebook
I'm a MAC user but needed a PC for work. Lenovo Gen 11 ThinkPad X1 Carbon Laptop is Great quality but Windows 11 is more more complex than the MAC OS. A learning curve but I think I like Windows 11 once I get used to it.

Very solid laptop minus some keyboard key placements
Everything is great about this laptop except a couple of things on the keyboard layout: (1) the FN key and CTRL key on the bottom left corner are swapped, I’ve never seen this before and it was extremely frustrating to use until I figured out how to reprogram the keyboard inputs, (2) the Arrow keys are really small and adjacent to the Page Up and Page Down keys, I may have to just deactivate those two.

So far I really like it!
I was forced to purchase a new computer when my old one suddenly quit working. I took a chance on this lap too and I am glad I did! I've been using it for a while now, and it is so intuitive, easy, and fast. So far I really like it!

Low quality SSD, runs hot
SSD crapped out after 13 months, right after the warranty ran out. Also runs way too hot even for a laptop. And you would not believe how difficult Lenovo makes it to reinstall Windows properly on a new SSD.

Powerful
I am glad I ended up with this laptop after lots of research. It is powerful but still has reasonable battery life. Very nice Laptop.

The received item has no Touchscreen unlike the description

Overheating with heavy work like programming but still it's working perfectly only overheating issue

For this high price one would expect there is clearly in the description the product comes with an US type A adapter, we live in the UAE so cannot use it out of the box. For this price they at least could include a UAE compatibel adapter to power the laptop. Also, upon starting the laptop there is a 2100 BIOS error code.
