The best wireless microphones in their class
In this price point you won't find a better set of wireless microphones imho. I have now used these for a couple of jobs and I think I can accurately review most of the features in an unbiased manner. The 32-bit files are virtually noiseless even when boosted by a great deal to improve extremely quiet audio. The pre-amps in these are fantastic; transparent and virtually noiseless, I can't sing their praises enough. Getting two lav mics in with the kit just makes this the best value for money by far. Are they the best lav mics in the world? No, but they're entirely adequate for most uses outside of high-end production. The range on the TX's is stellar. I've been inside a stone-built church with all the doors closed and got perfect reception from a couple 30m away over the other side fo the churchyard. Delay is minor, a couple hundred miliseconds at worst, but all wireless mics have delay and I record a safety track on my shotgun mic for syncing up in post, so it's a non-issue for me. I haven't noticed any drift in longer recording sessions. One small gripe is that I would have preferred a single carrry case for all the TX, RX, and accessories. As it stands you get two almost idental looking cases, one for storage and charging of the TX/RX, and one for accessories. the box for the TX/RX storage is too big to be easily pocketable, so I don't see why they didn't just make that one bigger and put everything in there. It is a very small gripe and not one worth worrying about if you're well organised anyway. The only thing I don't like about them is the finish on the front of the TX. they are piano black and highly reflective, something I have remedied with some black fabric tape. This only matters if you aren't running a lav mic obviously, but it is something to consider.

Soundtastic
Rode is always quality and there are no different. These work efficiently, very lightweight and definite value for money. As a mobile live streamer, this has become an important part of our kit.

Fantastic bit of kit. Just shot some video interviews. The sound quality is amazing and made post production syncing sound file a breeze. Don't hesitate, buy one today... and I'm not one who does reviews normally!!

Great mics - terrible software
On the plus side, these mics sound good, look the part and come with a good range of accessories including some decent lapel mics/lavs that can be attached to the wireless transmitters for a more discreet look. They always connect to the receiver without issues and I like how you can hit record on the receiver to start both mics rolling simultaneously. But beware of the terrible Rode software which seems to get more crash-prone with every update. I don't 100% trust I'll be able to lift the transmitters' internal 32-bit recordings from them (you HAVE to use the Rode software to download the files, you can't just plug into your computer) so I always have the receiver recording into a Zoom H5 just in case. Even simple things like deleting individual tracks (the only option is to delete everything) aren't options using the Rode software. They desperately need to sort it because there's nothing "Pro" about it.

Great wireless mic kit
I got this to replace my first two Rode Wireless Go II kits. I love the charging case, and the second case to keep all the accessories is very good. I use these for my live streaming work with my radio mic kits. The internal recording is great, and they are so quick to use when you need an audio source quickly on the go. These definitely seem a step up from my older Go II kits.

The future of audio
I’ve been using these professionally at my 9-5 as a videographer, and they’re top of the game. Being able to see and control when a mic is rolling and monitor it on the go is something I didn’t realise I needed in my life. I work in a fast paced sport retailer and we often shoot with various football players on the same day. This has become something that me and my team absolutely love. The 32bit audio is always fantastic to have. Along with the wireless receiver that can input the mic audio straight into the camera to save the hassle of syncing audio in post. Honestly, 10/10 from me and my team!

Disappointing…
To be honest I wanted to love these, but QA just isn’t there. I had a number of issues with two sets of these wireless mics and I expected more for the price. Sure feature wise they more than lived up to expectations, but in my experience their reliability is questionable and is not suitable for professional workflows. The first set had a number charging issues with the charging case, and within six months completely stopped charging. With in two months of receiving replacement set, each mic would switch off randomly, most times would not switch back on, with the leds flashing randomly, in some cases the led colours were different from was expected. Local charging might work but the whole process was hit n miss! Within three months, one died completely. The Rode Central software was flaky on both Windows and MacOS, where an updated versions would not work, without any errors. I had to find an older version that worked to allow me to erase the contents. If you’re in the market for these, the Shure or Sennheiser wireless sets aren’t much more in price, although they support 32bit float, I don’t think they support SMPTE timecode. Thank God for Amazon, and their no no-sense returns policy!

Great bit of kit. Easy to set up even for a tech idiot like me. Great sound and discrete mic.

音量調整しなくても、音割れしないし、本体に録音されるので、カメラに接続しなくても使えます(別途、編集で同期させるひつようはありますが) マイクも2本ついているのでコスパ高い製品です。

I receive this wireless ride mic today. I am sad to discover its missing 1x isb c to lighting cable 1x usb c to c cable 1x furry wind shield 1x carry pouch There was not open to replace the item or receive the missing parts. I have to go for a refund. I would like to have this product with all the pieces.

Why do we need competitors? To make better products! However, the RODE wireless PRO does not have competitors anymore. Battery runtime and recording time gives lots of freedom. The storage box automatically recharges the microphone whenever it is in there! The only flaw I see so far, is the -NOT- ability to change settings remotely.
