I usually buy a much more expensive brand of arborio rice, but noticed this product and thought I'd try it to see what the quality was like. I was happy to find that it's actually only slightly inferior in quality, and cooked just as well as the pricier brand and tasted good too. The only downside is the plastic packaging - a box would be better - and only being available in 500g quantities probably means somewhat more plastic is used.

First time making risotto and it worked perfectly using this product. Very satisfied.

I like this grain of rice as it is excellent for Risotto as if holds well when cooked. I used it to make Butternut Squash Risotto.
