How small dose it fold and is it easy to do?

35" to fold you just pull the strap in the middle of the seat and it folds in half from side to side I do not fold any smaller as it fits in both our cars

does this have a curb pedal? also can the arms be raised and lowered easily without having to take out any screws?? tks for any answers
