例えば浜辺で金属探知機が金属片に反応した時、ピンポイントで場所を特定するための製品で、単独ではあまり役に立ちません。金属片を間違ってごみ箱に捨ててしまったときのことを考えて購入しましたが、他に少しでもアルミホイルや金属メッキのポテチ袋が混ざっている場合、全てに反応するので使えませんでした。
