The machine is quite noisy. Is this a normal? I bought this with a reduced price so just wondering if that is the reason. Thank you in advance.

Hi. If you have a build-up of glue on the rollers, this can make the machine more noisy when the pouch is being laminated. Try using a cleaning card, if one hasn't been provided you can use an A4 piece of thin card. Feed this through the rollers, 3-4 times, and hopefully this should clean the rollers.
