So this camera isn’t bad. But I feel like it should cost about half of what it does. Considering that the three camera models are all over the place now would you like you to see on either side as well as in front. There’s also cameras with higher resolution.The screen is not the largest you would find on a borescope like this. But it’s not bad and it’s certainly vivid enough. But it can still be difficult to make out details. Especially when you’re trying to orient and see exactly what you’re looking at. The build quality is it’s good with a decent fit and finish. This is a big camera that seems to be more suited for commercial or industrial use. Don’t expect this to fit in the every nook and cranny. The cable to the camera is pretty thick even though it narrows down when you get to the tip.This is advertised as a two-way camera but that’s a little bit misleading. It only moves along a single axis, so it’s really a one-way camera. You can move it left or right. Depending on the orientation of the cable. You could also say top and bottom. But whichever way you’re moving it you’re not able to turn it on the axis that is 90° from that. I’m not sure if I’m making myself clear. The camera just moves in one plane. And it is very difficult to rotate the entire cable if you need to change the orientation of the camera. Where you put it in is going to be how it moves.Contrast this to other cameras which allow movement on to access is which means you can do left right and up and down. This will only let you do left and right OR up and down and you’re not really sure which one that is as it is dependent on the orientation of the cable.Now the camera will go a full 180° in those directions so if you turn the lever it will do a U-turn and look back along its own links. It’s a little bit cooler to actually watch the camera doing that then it is to watch the image from the screen. It’s quite easy to disorient yourself. I would describe this is a three star camera because between the just OK image quality and the limited movement, you’re not really getting your moneys worth I think. I have another borescope it seems to have a much cleaner and sharper picture. But I’m going ahead and giving this four stars because the bill quality is really nice, it comes with a protective case, and it just seems better than a three star item, but I think I would look at a different version that allows me to move the camera more flexibly if that’s what I’m looking for.It would’ve been incredibly cool if you could change the axis of movement while the camera was deployed. I’m not exactly sure how that would work. But I guess it would mean having another control to rotate the head Long it’s axis which would give you a full freedom of movement with a Camera lens.

If only one new tool could be added to the list of essential tools every person should own, It would be this rotating borescope. After several months of using this camera for a variety of purposes, I'm still amazed at how well this tool delivers. What set's this tool apart from the others I've tested and used over the years is how easy it is to manipulate and control the camera. It goes where you want it to and views the precise spot you were attempting to see. The camera resolution is outstanding, even if immersed in water. You have complete freedom to rotate your camera view, adjust light sensitivity, take a photo or record video, and access a full menu of options using just your thumb and intuition. The battery life is gigantic, and you can instantly tell that a great deal of professional thought and real-world functional tests went into the final product version. It's been thoroughly tested and improved. I would take this borescope, hands down, over any other snake camera I've ever seen in my life. It's possibly the most perfect tool I've come across. There is only one additional option or feature that I think would make this tool better, and that would be the ability to manipulate objects through the use of an additional accessory. For moving, grabbing, collecting, and entertainment purposes. There is nothing more frustrating than spotting your grandmother's gold wedding ring clogging up the shower drain and having no tool on the end of your camera to retrieve it.

Easy to use. Long probing arm and excellent lighting.Very good quality. I really benefited from the 360 viewing.

Additionally, the 5-inch IPS HD screen provides crisp and clear images right out of the box, eliminating the hassle of connecting my phone and installing apps.The bendable semi-rigid cable with waterproof rating is exceptionally durable, making it perfect for harsh environments. It easily holds its shape in inspection areas, providing great flexibility and practicality. The 6 adjustable brightness LEDs paired with the HD lens offer brilliant visual illumination, making inspections easy.While it has been a good addition to my toolkit, there are a couple of minor cons to mention. The 5.08ft cable length might not be sufficient for some specialized tasks. Although i have much longer endoscpes also so i like the more manegable length of this one for looking in a wall etc.I have mixed feeling on the price being it is so short.
