Perhaps the seller can remove or update that info from the product description since it's misleading. The replacement pack is sold separately. You will only receive the case with the 10 floss sticks inside. Nonetheless, I have small floss sticks from a previous purchase that should fit this case. I'll see how this case holds up over time.
