What is the coverage in m2 when applied

Unspecified this product is for patches the packet states 16 patches of 50cm diameter, feel free to do the maths area of a circle A=π(rxr) So total area is 16 x π(0.25x0.25) so that is 16xπ/16 msq so πm2 so approx 3.14msq of coverage

Is there any mention of anti-bird coating on this product. The local birds are growing fat around here!

Hmm not sure - my new lawn is now 4 months old, this stuff has worked a treat BUT there's bird poop all over the place so I'd say probably no! :(

can I grow the seeds at this time of year?

Yes we have put down two weeks ago and grew however not later when tempreture changes

Has anyone bought the perfectionist seed and found a nasty coarse red fescue with rhizomes growing in their fine lawns?

Yes, I have loads! Must have struck unlucky with the mix. I'm going to dig mine out and patch repair. Will take while as there is a lot.
