Okay, so more like a 4.5, but: -> I'm a newbie when it comes to hair, and my prior hair dryer was from the 90s, so I can make things last. That one died, and I just needed a simple one for the very rare styling occasion, and I'm frugal on stuff for me, so I got this lil lady. -I love the rose gold, and the heat setting and fan setting variability is nice. It's also super light, which is appreciated as I have a lot of thick, curly hair. I had no issues with the attachment heads falling off, but I've only used it once so far. Noise is low on the soft fan setting, and the high is loud, as expected. -the ONLY reason I'm deducting 0.5 a point is because (and one other reviewer mentioned it, so I knew to expect it) after turning off, there is a small burning smell. I think it's because it's new parts in there and I expect it to go away with more use. -All in all: for the girlies with less money, this is a great dryer. Not sure how long it'll last just due to modern manufacturing practices, but I'll keep it as long as it's alive!

This wavytalk hair dryer really is a mighty tool! Great size for travel and you get the power of a luxury product and great speed. It has three power settings that all are designed for ease of use. My hair took less time to blowout than my old dryer. It’s quick, powerful and my curls last. The cool shot really works!

I really loved this product. I had it 2.5 years without any issues. It is light weight, blows well, and the accessories were perfect for my needs. The ONLY issue was the wiring failing after today. I purchased in January 2024 and today, it shorted out in the cord. Smoke, popping, and the smell of electrical wires burning. For the price, I'm not upset because it was great and I'm not delicate with appliances. So, while I'd definitely have considered 5 stars, I had a hairdryer that cost about the same purchased from a big box store and it lasted a few years longer. Just consider what is important to you. This was MUCH lighter and compact which meant I left it mounted in the bathroom not wrapping the cord so this happened from pretty standard use. Overall, the benefits outweighed the issues.

Best blow dryer I’ve ever owned! I finally left my old outdated blow dryer in the past and tried this. My hair dries so much faster, softer and sleeker. My old blow dryer left my hair super frizzy but this one leaves almost no frizz. The heat settings are wonderful, it’s lightweight and wonderful. Now I actually want to dry my hair after showers.

So far this hairdryer is easy to use and it is very light. It is not heavy in weight, which makes it enjoyable as I’m blow drying my hair. It didn’t take very long to dry my hair so it does dry quickly. I love how the heat settings has a split button for the desired amount of heat and airflow needed based on your hair type. It is not noisy, except when you turn it off, it does make this louder noise, but nothing concerning. The attachments do stay on, I have used the comb attachment so far. Only thing I can say for myself is because I do have carpal tunnel, it is a bit difficult to take the attachment back off, but I’d rather it is harder to takeoff versus it, falls off doing usage. I did not remove a star for this reason as this has nothing to do really with the quality of the hair dryer in my opinion, but just something to keep in mind for others who might be in the same situation as me.

It has been about 2 weeks of me having this hair dryer and i am impressed! It has cool and warm settings, which were very easy to figure out. I have very thick wavy/curly hair. My hair was dry in about 10 minutes diffusing, and even faster with the comb! It also worked very well at smoothing. It is a bit heavy to use, so thank gosh it dries so quick. The soft pink is also very cute.

I looked high and low for a powerful hairdryer that was LIGHTWEIGHT and had a good diffuser. I was just about to buy a $120 hairdryer when I saw WavyTalk . It is AMAZING. It checks all the boxes and is affordable. The diffuser fits snugly and there is a ton of power in this lighter hairdryer. I highly recommend it.
