Armor Nose Filters, Industrial Nasal Protection - good way to know what size you need, great filter!
So I've never seen these until I saw this on Amazon and I was curious on how it actually worked. And yes, just like the photo it just goes up your nose and basically turns your nose into an instant filter. In fact it might be better than a face mask because it actually filters particles right at the opening. As opposed to a face mask, the air around the gaps of the mask still gets sucked in unfiltered and straight into your nose. The drawback is that these are so small that if you run into any heavy particles it will just clog it up and you'll end up breathing through your mouth. I see these as more of an emergency filter, small enough to keep in your pocket, bag, or purse. I put it on in my workshop where I do woodworking and it gets the wood dust that doesn't get sucked into my vacuums. So I know it works well. But now I'm paranoid at how much wood dust I actually have been breathing in. Overall very impressed with these.

A Must-Have for Every Welder!
Title: A Must-Have for Every Welder! As an avid welder, I can confidently say the O2 Armor Nose Filters are an absolute game-changer. Iโve tried other solutions to reduce exposure to fumes and debris, but nothing has come close to the comfort and effectiveness of these filters. They fit snugly in your nose without being uncomfortable or intrusive, and they donโt interfere with wearing a welding mask at all. Most importantly, they do an excellent job filtering out the harmful particles and fumes that come with welding. Since I started using these, Iโve noticed a significant improvement in how I feel after long welding sessionsโno more irritated sinuses or that heavy feeling in my chest. The filters are lightweight, discreet, and easy to use. You donโt even notice youโre wearing them after a few minutes. Plus, theyโre durable enough to last through extended work periods. If youโre serious about welding and your health, these are a must-have. They provide an extra layer of protection thatโs worth every penny. Highly recommend them to any welder out there!

Useless: all sizes lay flat against septum, will not plug airway
These look like a good idea, but are too thin in depth to stay in place , with the filter covering the airway into nostril. Instead, each filter, of all 4 sizes, simply folds flat up against the septum , blocking little incoming air. These seem like a scam to steal $ from all the allergy sufferers who try this. The company makes a few dollars from maybe thousands of 1 time sales, as no one would buy these twice. It seems clear these were never tested on Real People. Maybe these could stay in the correct part of my nose if the center, connecting plastic string were longer. i didn't try to cut the connecter and find placement for the little filters one at a time, because I didn't want to try to dig them out after. Perhaps, if each tiny filter had a small "string" that just allowed a grip for removal, leaving 2 little "tails" to grab? Bet, that length is going to be different on different people. If they had a wider, more plug-like shape, they might stay in place, but as is, they just fold up against the septum. I feel ripped off. Checking refund policy after posting, but wanted to warn others not to waste timme and money first.

They work but need half sizes
They do work, but I wish they had half sizes. Medium is just a touch too small, so they kinda slip out if I'm breathing kinda hard. The large stay in my nose and don't restrict my breathing as much, but are uncomfortable as they stretch my nostrils out. The mediums make me feel like I have a stuffed nose and I end up mouth breathing more.

Effective but Limited Fit Options
Armour Filters are Great for persons with Allergies, Welders, Doctors and others. Easy to use. Just takes a bit of getting used to **Pros:** โ **Strong Protection**: Blocks welding fumes, dust, and pollen effectively. Noticeably easier breathing. โ **Comfortable Seal**: Silicone sits securely without irritation during 4-hour welding sessions. โ **Reusable & Washable**: Holds up well after rinsing (used 10+ times, no degradation). **Cons:** โ ๏ธ **One-Size-Fits-Most? Not Quite**: - Only **one slotted shape** included. My round nostrils didnโt get a full seal until I pressed them deeper. - Armour lacks customisation. **Round nostrils may struggle.** โ ๏ธ **No Multi-Size Kits**: - Armour forces you to gamble on a single shape. **Verdict:** *"Armour delivers solid protection for welders and allergy sufferers, but its โuniversalโ design is a weak spot. If your nostrils match the slotted shape, theyโre affordable and durable. **Tips**: - Test while moving/jaw-talkingโif they dislodge, return them. - Ideal if: Youโve never tried similar oval filters successfully. - **Armour**: 1 shape, reusable โ , no size options โ

Great design
These are exactly what they say they were, but I have a hard time using them and so did my boyfriend. We couldnโt get past the weird feeling of something stuck right there in your nose. I will say for the short amount of time that I was able to wear them they did collect a lot of dust and particles. The sample set was great and really gave us an idea of the sizes that we would need to order if we could get past the weird feeling. Their design great they fit great and you can breathe through them.

These work actually really good
These little sinus nasal filters actually work pretty good, except if your in a real dusty environment like I am, then youโll be changing these a couple or more times a day, but they do work really good for nose breathing in the shop instead of mouth breathing in the shopโฆ. I might try different sizes, because I just guessed at the size of my nostrils and they do fit pretty good, and when they are getting clogged youโll definitely know because youโll literally breathe them out of your nose because they are clogged up enough that just normal breathing pushes them out of your nose.. The thing is there is t a clear instruction on how to use them properly, so figuring out which side is which is a little difficult to figure out, but again they do clog up pretty fast so they arenโt suitable for a really dirty environment because the surface area of the nasal filters are so small, they canโt take too much dirt in the air before you hey clog up.. but for moderate environment they will work great and saves having to use a half face or full face respirator

Save your lungs!
I used these when going to the range, it fits nicely and is hardly noticeable when wearing it. It's a game changer because I noticed how the nose filter collected a lot of the gunpowder residue and a big difference afterwards in terms of breathing. The only con about this is that it's one size fit all so naturally everyone's nose size is different, mine slides down after I let off a few rounds and I would have to nudge it back up. So in essence you will not get a 100% fit. Other that I'm definitely going to get me some more! Update: Added pictures of before and after the range. The amount of dirt/gunpowder/lead accumulated in the filter is a pretty indication that these do work! Save your lungs!

Can't breathe through your nose
If I could give it 0 stars I would, product make breathing from your nose very difficult, forcing you to become a mouth breather. Filter clogs in about 10 minutes and for the price of them, replacing every hour is unfathomable. Also not at all comfortable to wear

1st batch, perfect. 2nd batch, wack.
My first order of the large nasal filters was perfect, no defects, no oblong filters. Super happy with the protection from most* of the coal dust where I work. Just having something other than a half mask is great. My second order has been mostly misses. I have had a LOT of filters that were odd shapes that didnt really do the job. One nostril would have black boogers and the other would be a little Grey. If it was just a few that were a little messed up I wouldnt be bothered, but I would say half have been weird shapes that just slip into the nostril or just let everything by. Its as if they are too skinny even though they are large.

advice
I wish they had paid more attention to the way it fits inside the nose because the frame bends and doesn't stay in place throughout use. The connecting rod between the two ends needs to be stiffer to hold them securely in place during use. Also, the filter doesn't allow enough airflow for comfortable breathing. I don't recommend buying this product.
