Love the smaller sheet pan for single serving meals. They do scratch easily like most cheap non-stick pans. I use a sil-mat or parchment with no problems. Also happy they don't warp the first time in the oven.

Great set, just wish the large one was bigger. For people complaining , don't put in the dishwasher and they will last longer and not rust.
