Easy to set up and all of the features are great.

Phone was easy to set up and worked once connected to mains and phone plug. Rechargeable batteries for handset provided. Only problem is the ringtone could have been louder. Our phone point is in the hallway and in winter when we are sat in the lounge with doors shut, it's difficult to hear. Also the black paint finish has started to rub of the buttons after only a few uses leaving the handset looking a bit grubby.

I needed a new one .Lok,easy to set up ,call blocking great .ringtone selection ,excellent ..It looks great if this is the BT phone you wish to buy .Size exact.

Unable to find complaints so having to post here for others to see. No issues with phone but although I've stated the phone was being delivered to 93 year old infirm lady and asked that driver give her time to answer the door, the driver did not use door bell and left the phone on the door step. It then snowed and package was soaked. Great phone, terrible service from Amazon.
