After grinding how do you prepare it?

Prepare as you normally prepare coffee. I personally do a 15:1 ratio of water to coffee by weight (e.g. 225 grams of water per 15 grams of ground coffee). I do a three-minute Hario V-60 pourover with 200ºF water.
