I replaced both of my Optima YELLOWTOP batteries in my Chevy/Duramax 3500 Crew Cab the other day (diesel engines require dual starting batteries) and realized that I was badly needing a clean up of my 12v wiring under the hood. I have added many accessories over the years, including an onboard air compressor for my Grover air horn, a new stereo system with a high output amplifier, front and rear cameras, HID headlights, a 1200 piece starlight headliner, etc., etc., etc. You get the idea. 🤣 I found these battery terminals while searching for a solution to the obscene cluster of wiring that was attached to my old battery terminals, as well as to multiple grounding points throughout the engine bay. I compared the design, build quality and customer reviews of many different types of terminals before deciding upon these. These puppies are very well made! Solid aluminum blocks with multiple attachment points for a variety of wire gauges. And, they have well designed terminal clamps that you can actually securely tighten without fear of them snapping in two when applying enough torque to make a tight, complete contact connection with the battery posts. About an hour’s worth of work, some heat-shrink tubing and some quality ring connectors, a few (actually, quite a few) nylon tie-wraps and a roll of wire looming tape and my engine bay is looking (and actually working) MUCH, MUCH better!!! 😄 I’ve noticed that my stereo system is actually sounding considerably better than when I was using a chassis ground connection instead of a terminal ground connection. Furthermore, I’m no longer ashamed to open my truck’s hood! 😂 Although these are slightly more expensive than some of the other brands out there that offer similarly designed products, I honestly believe these are far and away superior. They’re honestly worth every single penny, and then some!!! 😉 I highly, highly recommend these battery terminals! Your engine bay, your battery and even your electronic accessories will ALL thank you!!! 😀

Working great so far. The only issue I had was I could not find terminal covers to fit these anywhere. Finally came across The Artisan Garage (Lumberjack Engineering) and Alex custom designed a 3D printed set for me. Highly recommend them, they are high quality and fit perfectly, with cutout slots for customizing your wiring setup. Now I don’t have to worry about a short-circuit.

Picked these you to replace my worn out KnuConcepts terminals. 2015 Tacoma w/ 27F battery. Plenty of room in all directions for mounting orientation. Very functional and easy to use in comparison to my old terminals. The listing pictures don't quite do these justice. There is a nice pocket machined on the back around the clamp to accommodate battery posts that may have a lip or shoulder. As well on the back side of the screw block there is a piece of thick plastic attached to mitigate the blocks from shorting out on any metal that may be below them. Lastly there is a bag of star type locking washers for the side screws. The hardware is metric, nuts were 13mm and the hex cap screws are a 5mm Allen. The terminal clamps fit perfectly and are extremely easy to remove and reposition if needed. All in all these are a great value for the money, even compared to the slightly cheaper SHCA blocks.

Installed on a Dodge 2500 year 2001. These seem to be very well made. I'm little concerned as they are a hard material. They are so smooth they need to be tightened very tight to keep them from rotating. I thought they might snap but they didnot. Their accessories bolts were perfect though. They are the only connectors that have worked properly and I've tried quite a few differing. So far I'm very pleased with these. If I take them off I will rough up the casting to get them to grip easier.

My OE terminals melted and disconnected. my stereo was disconnecting and the truck wouldn't start at times. I have a stereo system and plugged everything in with the current terminals. I decided i needed something sturdier for terminals. Night and day difference. Took a bit of tweaking for some of the connections but i made it work. my system no longer disconnects and my truck starts right up. Couldn't be happier with this purchase

Ich gebe hier bestmöglich meine Meinung über Qualität, Haptik, Funktionalität, Umweltaspekte und Preis-Leistungs-Relation ab. Die Terminals werden in einer hochwertigen Schachtel samt Schaumstoffeinlage geliefert. Der Grundkörper besteht aus einem Block aus CNC-gefrästem Aluminium. Die Verarbeitung und die Oberflächen sind absolut präzise und maßhaltig gefertigt, die Kanten allesamt sehr ordentlich angefast und entgratet. Die Anschlusskegel passen präzise auf die jeweiligen Pole der Batterie. Die vier Hauptabgriffe bestehen aus eingeschraubten M8 Inbus-Stehbolzen, mit Bundmuttern bestückt. Die acht Nebenabgänge an drei Seiten werden mit M5 Gewinden und Kreuzschrauben realisiert, dazu liegen auch noch Sicherungsringe bei. Alle Schrauben und Muttern sind aus Edelstahl (A2). Auf der plangefrästen Unterseite ist eine isolierende Folie aufgebracht. Über die elektrische Belastbarkeit muss man sich hier keine Gedanken machen. Der limitierende Faktor sind einzig die anschließbaren Kabel (bis etwa 100mm²). Hier noch die Abmessungen: Dicke 14,36 mm, Breite 44,90 mm und Länge über alles 80 mm. L’article est de très bonne facture mais de mon côté, j’ai dû le retourner car il n’était pas compatible avec l’installation d’origine de mon véhicule à cause d’un module sur le pôle négatif. J’ai tout de même donné 5 étoiles car ce n’est pas du tout la faute de l’article si ça ne faisais pas, alors je n’ai pas à le pénaliser pour une question de conception qui dépend plutôt du fabricant de mon auto. Si l’article aurait bien fitté sur mon installation, je suis persuadé que ça aurait été une excellente acquisition car à prima bord, la conception de ces bornes de connexion est bien pensé et avec des matériau de bonnes qualité et en plus, est très soigneusement emballé dans une très jolie boite et c’est assez rare de nos jours de voir de tel articles emballé de cette façon et avec soin.
