Great product and photos

I am having fun with this lens. Delivery was a little scary & confusing, you must be home to sign; mine stated delivered, but my ring camera said ‘not’ - it was left at the FedEx facility near by and I was able to pick it up the same day.

I use this lens for taking Moon shots and outdoor photography. I love it but I need to double the power. I’ll share some actual photos.

Works well for the application I use it in. Have had it for 3 months so far and not complains. If you haven’t done research on it it’s a very front heavy lens if that is a factor for you. The picture quality is really sharp and clear, you can get good photos at a distance. Fully maxed out at the 400mm the picture does get noisy and you can see the grain in the picture which doesn’t make the photo the best, but for the price point compared to other lens it’s really good for what it is.

Is it normal that my canon rf 100-400mm lens moves inside? I wanna say its the barrel inside that moves when i shake the lens side to side a little bit

Didn’t fit my EOS and I was a charged a restocking fee when I sent it back even though I bought another lens that would fit my camera. Disappointing

This Canon RF lens may not have the fancy red stripe or the lowest aperture but it takes fantastic photos. I have used it for everything from light macro to tracked astrophotography and it performs well for what it is. Images are very crisp and I don't hear the autofocus operating. As an OEM lens the fit with to the RF body is perfect.
