Really useful. It does actually work. Do follow the instructions on how to wear this. Fit is as stated and is adjustable. Well made. Comfortable as long as you follow the instructions.

I brought this for my partner who has a hernia and finds the restriction of other back supports aggravates it, but this is fantastic. Supports without hurting his hernia.

For pain relief comfort

I suffer from arthritis in my hips as well as lower back pain, so looking for something that would provide support & alleviate some pain. This seems like a good product for that. Unfortunately, I don’t think k it is designed for people with a belly, as when it is positioned in the way it states in the instructions, there is not enough room for it to sit below the belly, so it folds over & sticks into the belly, leaving sore red marks. Could only wear it for an hour or two before it was too uncomfortable to wear. Shame as it seems well made & reasonably easy to put on, ideal for thin people!

As a chef on my feet for 14 hours a day this brace has made the day bearable. An absolute must have for me now.

Absolutely brilliant I’ve suffered from sciatica for months. Put this belt on for one day and night and I feel much better. It’s not completely gone but what a difference I would recommend this to anybody.

I’m very happy with this belt as it provides great relief for my lower back when I put it on. It is very robust with very strong velcro which ensures it maintains the tension you feel comfortable with.

This is a good belt, generally, although it does tend to tear overtime if stretched. The secondary belt pieces are too difficult to remove from the Velcro as it is too strong and my fingers are not able to peel them off. When I reported my broken one, I was sent another one in exchange, where the address had been cut off so it was obviously a secondhand one, and I’ve only just opened it to find that they’ve sent me a regular instead of plus size. So now I don’t have a usable belt.

Works very well. Extremely strong velcro.

This item may look like it can't do the job because it is smaller and more compact than most of the other products but I can tell you right now that it really works!! I have tried some of the other types that are larger and, quite frankly, it feels like I'm suiting myself up with body armor more than anything else and it leaves me feeling greatly constricted in my movements. This item lets me wear it anywhere and even to bed while I sleep making it much easier to get up in the morning than without one. Getting up from a sitting position is not an issue like it has been when I have these episodes. I don't get these severe lower back pains often but when I do, they can leave me greatly restricted in any type of movement for days. I certainly have no reservations about recommending this belt and it is easily adjusted and very durable!
