Mytee - S-300H Tempo Heated Extractor is a sub-compact machine, but a full-size performer, Blue/Black

I got this product to replace my bissel that I was using. I have done detailing for about a year now and everytime I went to cleaned carpet. I was tired of having to tell my customers the Inconvenience of that your seats might still be just more than damp. First use out of the box was awesome this thing really does suck water it’s small and compact making it economical. I was afraid that this machine would leave my carpets nearly soak like other carpet extractor. This machine left my carpets almost dry after i was done. I was so impressed just how much suction power this machine had. Overall: this machine is an excellent choice if your looking at upgrading into a professional carpet cleaner. The small fresh water and recovery tank does make it a nuisance. But it’s perfect for your first real professional machine. I had no major issues out of the box but except one minor issues while running the machine. If you keep the pump and heater turned on it’s prone to water locking which won’t allow the water to come out of the gun. You have to turn the machine off and it let it cool to allow the heated pressure to alleviate. My suggestion would be to turn the machine completely off while you agitate.

I bought the Mytee-S-300H new. Once I received and open the the package to try everything out, I discovered that the pump and heat works fine but not the vacuum… I had some jobs in place and due to the machine not working it has put me behind.. I highly unsatisfied for the amount of money I spent for a product that should be new

The addition of a storage bag or even some simple straps to secure the hose when not in use would greatly enhance the overall user experience. This would make the extractor not only a powerful cleaning tool but also a more convenient and space-efficient one for homes with limited storage options. In conclusion, I'm thoroughly impressed with the this Extractor. It's a robust, effective cleaning tool that's easy to use and delivers excellent results. The minor issue with storage doesn’t overshadow its performance, but addressing this in future models would make it the perfect package for anyone looking to rejuvenate their upholstery.

SPRAY VALVE STARTED LEAKING AFTER JUST ONE USE - TOOK APART, FOUND CHIP OF METAL IN VALVE SEAT AREA - HAVEN'T USED ISNCE SO NOT SURE IF IT'S FIXED

The plastic is not good quality, the water volume is very small. You will need to change the water often. A larger machine from this brand is better.

Me gusta que tiene buen motor de succión, su calentador de agua es exelente. Sus concecciones a del agua gotean y deja mucha agua en el suelo. Otro descontento es que la maquina vino sucia con polvo y donde se le hecha el agua limpia es complicado limpiarlo o casi nulo. No hay manga o tapa para denar el restante de agua limpia. El agua sucia esta en otro conducto aparte con su tapa para poder flush. Punto en contra No trae instrucciones del equipo uso y manejo. Debes visitarlo en internet y solo en ingles. Es compacto es un punto a favor, casi sin peso excelente. Se nota buena calidad en manga y boquilla de succión. Mi opinion actulizada Jun,30 2024. La maquina en tan solo 1 año y algo esta mohosa. Aun previniendo sienpre tapada no esta afuera. Los tornillos que ajuntan en los medios estan casi todos sueltos de mala calidad. La maquina si es potente en succión, el heater esta bastante bueno pero siento que las uniones de abajo estan goteando demaciado ya que vieno asi de fabrica. Otro detalle es que por donde sale el agua tambien ahora esta botando agua sin tener que apretarle. Otro desperfecto por el tiempo. Si veo otras maquinas en el mercado veo que esta es solo marca. La de 5 galones se ve mas fuerte tiene una manga para poder botar el agua sucia a diferencia de esta 1g que debes voltear la maquina. Para trabajos pequeños como un auto debes facilmente flush el agua sucia por tanque lleno almenos 2 a 3 veces por auto. Valor de costo precio y calidad No creo. Mucho dinero para que aparesca moho y gote desde el inicio. Sale mejor comprar otro que por el mismo precio puedes hasta hacer alfombras y trae mas capacidad. Otro dato curioso es que lo que conecta la maquina con la manga aveces no quiere conectar como me paso hoy 24/01/2025. Y a eso sumarle que yo pense que la maquina no botaba casi agua era asi. Mas no eso es un defecto asi que Mejor inviertan en otra maquina. SALUDOS Y EXITO GENTE.

Fue de mi agrado la máquina y funciona perfectamente, la recomiendo ampliamente para trabajos pequeños

El producto parece de dudosa procedencia o usado ya que no llego en su empaque original,no traía instructivo,la maniqueta llegó quebrada, le faltaron accesorios
