Taste good, very effective, the strength of the nicotine is good. Relieves my cravings, comes in a handy little sturdy pot, can be a little frustrating to get one out of the little hole when you are really craving but overall not really a problem. Would recommend this product to help with giving up vaping (for me) or smoking. I gave up for 8 months before using these but ended up vaping again due to stress but I am back for another go.
