Do you need to buy cartridges or anything? that go with it.

Our system uses a modern German Engineered ozone generator. No cartridges or maintenance of the unit is needed. Unlike many products sold today, our units, are also 100% fully serviceable by the homeowner. This gives our product an indefinite life span.

how does it perform when getting rid of odors in clothes? underarm and sweaty odors from having teenage boys??

For stinky, hormone-charged teenage boys, replace their chemical-laden deodorant with all natural Magnesium Oil. Five spritzes under each arm daily. There are several brands that come in a small spray bottle (we buy by the gallon). Magnesium is a major detoxifier and assists in over 300 enzymatic process in our body.  It will help neutralize your sons' odorous sweat (thus saving clothes), and might even help them be a little more chill. It worked on our teenager!

Had a door-to-door sales pitch that other products don’t have a stainless steel core, dryer or advanced computer board. Does the O3 pure?

We don't know what core they are talking about. Our German engineered oxidizers don't require a dryer. Our units have a processor board. To be honest all that sounds like marketing hype. We know of one manufacturer that uses a multi level marketing plan with door to door salespeople. All we can say is that if you purchase that unit good luck, your going to need it.
