Product is very good. When my dog is scratching his ears, I follow the instructions on the bottle and he’s better. I highly recommend for any ear infection flare up.

if you’re in between purchasing the ear cleaning solution versus the enzymatic solution for relentless ear pain/ear infection, get this! works like a charm- use as directed for all 7 days on “dirty” ears. my dog went from shaking her head to no more ear pain, ear scratching, head tilting. this got rid of all of her gunky build up and ear odor in a matter of days. this relieved my ruby girl (golden retriever) of all of her symptoms without another trip to the vet for an “ear infection”. she’s on a clean hydrolyzed vegetarian diet and I was loosing all hope that this ear reaction was from another potential food allergy. she doesn’t respond well to steroids due to a previously diagnosed autoimmune disease and this enzymatic solution is wonderful because it does not have a steroid. feeling grateful and happy for my pup!

I finished a bottle of the red label Zymox plus, which has hydrocortisone in it, and thought, since my cat has a chronic issue, it would be a good idea to change to this one, which I assumed was the same formulation but without the hydrocortisone. I assumed it would work exactly the same, but it doesn't. I think this is more for longterm use with pets who just need a very basic cleaner, not with active infections. This didn't work at all for my cat, I noticed his ear got bad after 2-3 days of trying it. I've gone back to the red label one. That one works amazing for him! It might be good for Zymox to state a little more clearly what exactly this formulation works best at. I love Zymox, it's a real blessing for pets with ear issues, just wish they were a little clearer on specifics so it's easier to know which one to get. Giving 4 stars because this product DOES work when used for the proper issue, and it's not the product's fault that it didn't work on my cat. The red label one is the formulation he needs. I would like more clarity on exactly which bottle does what, though, so people don't buy the wrong one. These are awesome products!

Used as directed, & didn't get rida the prob. Ret. for full refund. NOT @ all worth 30 bucks!!!!!!!! Got something that worked GREAT for 5 $!!!!!!!!! Much rather pay 5 than 30. Will not try again. I'll stick to the other 1 I got

I’ve purchased this several times. When my dogs ears start to smell I use this and it improves quickly. It’s the best thing I’ve found over the counter.

My doggy was shaking her head and had black gunk in her left ear. After putting the drops in her ear for a week, the problem has resolved and her ear looks clean again. I highly recommend Zymox !
