Effective on Melasma and small wrinkles
Works for me/melasma and on fine wrinkles, heavy duty machine. I was getting red light in a doctor's office and after 5 sessions, one 30 min per week session my face was brighter. Saving money woth this machine, it does cost money but WAY cheaper than office visit and cheaper than burning money on one that doesn't work. Went down a rabbit hole of research and landed on this brand for many reasons. Lots of videos out there about wave length and light strength that you can look into. Been using this for a few months and after a few weeks my melasma got lighter. I was very nervous because I read it did the opposite for some people. My skin is in better condition and a bit tighter too! Will be using something similar for life! Strongly recommend. My sister got one from Costco that you use directly on your face, it is a world of difference. This one is strong and professional, the other one felt so light weight and ineffective. Also, red light face masks don't work, your welcome lol.

Great panel
I’m sure you’ve read the literature, it’s great for your health to use red light therapy. The Hooga panel is easy to set a time and soak up the benefits. It’s durable and built well, not to mention it feels nice when the IR is turned on too. My dog likes to lay in front of it as well

Surprisingly effective.
You know I’m always suspicious of this kind of stuff, but I went ahead and bought it by recommendation of my doctor. Honestly, I have to say that it seems to be making a difference. I don’t know if this is the placebo effect but I feel better (clarity of mind & less prone to depression) and my sleep patterns have improved. Who knew? It has a really solid build.

Great Red Light Device
This is worth the investment. Easy to use. Easy to set up. The red lights are powerful. Also like that you can do a mix of red and blue.

very powerful, effective!
The red light is very powerful, your can feel it when it turns on. Keep at a safe distance to avoid dry skin. I use it after night bath and then drink collagen peptides before going to bed. Few weeks later, I feel my body is more robust. Swimming is lot faster than before. Red light is effective. It can with a goggle, a remote and something than can hang on the door. But if you prefer to place it straight on the floor, please be sure to place on a flat place and keep it stable!

HRV Game changer!
I'm a 50 year old that does Crossfit 2-3 times per week and BJJ 2 times per week so recovery for me is a priority in order to be able to perform on those 2 disciplines. Got this 2 months ago after doing a lot of research re the effects, wavelengths, how it stimulates on a mitochondrial level. I also use a Whoop band which provides a lot of info not only about workouts (cals, strain, durations, zones) and sleep, but also about recovery (RHR, HRV). Looked at various options Joovv, and also other Hooga options. Since this is small enough, had better wavelengths (which reach different depths) and also had a side control panel. I have to say it has SIGNIFICANT effects on recovery (as recorded by my Whoop), pain management, reduced inflammation, injury prevention and ultimately in performance. 20 mins a day early morning or after working out has vastly improved my recovery!! Have tried other recovery protocols: cold showers, grounding mats, breathwork, but I can safely say that red light has the most noticeable effect of all!
