You’ll have to download software and the double dongle setup isn’t as aesthetically pleasing as an Apple user is used to….but it will eventually work — but I did NOT end up using one of the two dongles it came with because I couldn’t get the setup to work with both the included dongles (I used an Apple USB-C dongle).
