Tower T80904RB Kitchen Bin with Sensor Lid, Automatic Soft-Close, Manual Override, 58 Litre, Black and Rose Gold

I purchased this in 2021, and it’s worked really well. Sensor only began to malfunction late 2025, and I am now looking to replace the bin. But I would give it credit for lasting for a long time. Overall good bin.

I am obsessed with this bin... It is beautiful AND slick to use. What is not to like. Wipes up lovely. In use for 6 months so far & no issues with operation or battery etc. Great value in my opinion when other big bins seem to be similar price. Feels like a premium addition to the kitchen. My husband thinks its crazy that our bin has batteries, but hey - he loves it too ;) very robust / well made. Durable finish / wipes up well.

Another ok product, does exactly as described looks fabulous but not worth £75 more like £45 came with dent in the metal part otherwise all good

Great waste bin with automatic sensor lid. Strong materials used for this item. Easy to clean. Looks great and is fit for purpose.

I usually only write bad reviews of products on Amazon when I am a bit grumpy so writing a top review is rather unusual for me, if not unprecedented. What can I say about this bin except that every previous sensor bin I have owned (even ones costing upwards of £200) has broken within 6 months. This bin has now lasted over 2 years and still works well. If it didn't I would have written a bad review by now. In all honesty I don't really know why it is so well constructed for only £75 - it just is! It is easy to empty, looks stunning (even after 2 years), the sensor works well, it's easy to empty and the batteries last ages and are easy to replace. The buttons function well. Basically this is a prefect bin and a masterclass of design. I don't work for this company or anything - it is simply a fair review. Definitely a class bin and excellent value for money. The only bad thing to say about this bin is that I worry it will go out of production incase I need another one so I may buy several more and store them simply for this reason. Great work by this company - you get more than you pay for in my opinion.

When the bin arrived we were disappointed in the quality as it seemed quite flimsy and basic. It requires 4 batteries. The sensor does not work well as it does not often respond. I've only had this for 3 weeks when it stopped working and the red indicator light flashed continuously. I rang customer services who were not very helpful and said it was probably the batteries. I think it is inefficient and uneconomical to have to replace the batteries every 3 weeks so I am returning this product as soon as I have bought a much better replacement from a different, more reliable and well known, retailer. So disappointed and this is very inconvenient and time consuming.

Excellent quality and very stylish and works exactly as advertised and great value for money

Maintenant presque 1 ans que je l'ai et elle fonctionne toujours aussi bien. Elle est très pratique aussi quand on retire le sac poubelle, il n'y a pas de bord qui arrache le sac.

Ich habe lange nach eine Sensor gesteuerte Mülltonne in Kupferfarbe gesucht. Ich bin mit meiner Wahl sehr zufrieden. Es passt perfekt zur meinem Küchendesign. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Super schön.
