This is the same cable you’ll find LiveWire or EWI using to construct their cables. It’s not proper SJOOW jacketing like national tour companies require, but for small and mid level venues, it works perfectly. The wire is actually 12 AWG, and the copper itself is good quality. Easy to wrap, fairly resistant to the hazards of stage (oils, heat, water, beer, etc). There was more or less exactly 500’, give or take an inch or two, but I was able to make 4 25’ (ish) cables and 8 50’ (ish) cables. Paired with GLS’s copy of NL4 connectors, it works well.

I have been installing sound systems for 30+ years and this is some of the best wire I have ever used. The outer jacket provides the best insulation of any speaker wire not only from weather but from kinks and chaffing that occur during installation.I am confident when using this wire that the best possible installation has been done and can be appreciated for years ! Worth every penny !

Product is good of quality and Flexible. It was easy to make up the bi amp speaker wires I needed. I recommend this wire.

The wire is reasonably flexible and the jacket is flat black and pliable (rubber-like). The four conductors are wrapped in a white inner jacket (material is similar to paper + cord) with six braided strings intertwined. The conductors are color coded: black, white, red, and blue. Each 12AWG equivalent conductor is made up from smaller gauge copper strands (approx. 18 count). I assembled Neutric NL4 speakon cables with this wire and had to reduce the diameter of each conductor by cutting some of the stranding using a 16 AWG stripper so that I could fit the wire into the connector. Overall, satisfied with quality, need time in the field to give it 5 stars.

These fit perfectly witH Neutrik NL4FX and NL4MP-ST connectors. Also fit perfectly with the Phoenix connectors on the back of my QSC AD-S8T speakers. Made a 60’ run from my Crown CDi amp to speakers. Ended up with clear crisp audio.

Product showed up as planned. Bought a cable caddy as well and sure glad I did. Roll is a bit awkward to use without the caddy; however, the cable works perfectly! A 200 foot run to a speaker and sound is great with no issues in performance.

Quality construction. Thick and heavy wire but still flexible.
