Very effective and healthy cleanse. I must add to that that I slightly modified it by including lots of proteins (2x shakes, 1x yoghurt, seeds) to each day and thereby felt almost no hunger at all. I lost 2.1 kg within 3 days. The juices have an exquisite taste and are mostly made out of vegetables as opposed to fruits. I can highly recommend this cleanse and am very likely going to repeat it in the future. On a side note, I can see from previous reviews that a lot of clients complain about the state of the juice after a few days. I am unsure whether they froze them as per the indications. If they didn't, that would explain why they turned bad. The instructions specifically state that juices you won't consume within 24 hours need to be frozen. Make sure you remember to unfreeze your juice 24 hours prior to consuming it to avoid lingering ice in the juice. They arrived frozen in a perfect state upon delivery.

The drinks were nice and tasted better than expected. I have felt well though the 3 days juice cleanse, only some mild headaches. Feeling better mentally and physically.

I’ve been using Nutriseed as part of my juicing routine for around 18 months, alongside the 5:2 diet and the occasional cleanse, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Over this time, I’ve lost up to 15kg, but more importantly, I feel healthier and more energised. Never again very watery and too sweet, no veggie juice not so nutritious and I dif not realise it is over a thousand calories, I didn't check because I believed these would be good nutrition and more balanced not all sweet! A water fast is healthier. Ending with consuming actual veggies and fruit, then getting some good protein, fats and some wholemeal carbs to actually eat and enjoy! The raising of blood sugar on an empty stomach led to me feeling hungry and I found it difficult to stick and felt hangry and lousy. Fact is you can barely lose a pound of fat in three days! - There is nothing great about these fructose filled firbreless watery juices you can buy larger bottles of the same in the supermarket and drink those they will have longer shelf life not be all sticky and you can choose better ingredients less sugar... Buy beetroot juice, carrot choose a green juice not full of apple juice. Waste of money, there are healthier ways to nourish your body and tastier ways to lose weight. I expected carrot juice, greens not minimal amounts mixed with apple juice and pear juice all watered down ...with little of the real good stuff! Never Again. Sticky bottles that leaked. Caused condensation in the fridge and you have to freeze them! Grateful to Amazon that I paid less than the Nutriseed website because, that is a total rip off. If you consume alcohol I'd forget these for health and use them with a little vodka or whisky with citrusy juice and enjoy as a cocktail. I would rather by large bottles of supermarket cold pressed juice than havec to freeze these and wait 24 hours! Or buy a juicer and make actual healthy fresh juice and put more of the good stuff in it.

Some of them had leaked so didn’t managed to get the full experience which was abit gutting. They tasted nice but I didn’t loose any weight. Maybe will try again another time.

My box turned up for my 5 day juice cleanse and it had leaked everywhere as some bottle tops were damaged. I messaged them and they sent out replacements for the ones that had leaked which got sent out within two days. So I managed to stretch my cleanse out for 7 days instead. Didn’t enjoy the taste but I just downed them and you get used to them after a few days. I lost a total of 10 1/4lb and I felt amazing after. Everyone noticed the difference. Will definitely be doing this again!

Most bottles came fine except two! One was open, this leaked! A second once defrosted has appeared to have split and undrinkable. Not the best for the price.

This is my 3rd Juice Cleanse with Nutriseed, and Im a loyal customer who uses the cleanse along side the 5:2 club they offer to help with weight management. I use the cleanse to help reset my gut, especially after big occasions like birthdays, holidays, Christmas 🎄. Its great way to reduce the bloating, and to prepare you for a weight loss journey. I highly recommend the 5:2 club after the cleanse for amazing weight loss results. I brought the 3 day cleanse, so you receive 15 bottles of the OG lineup. You drink 5 bottles for 3 consecutive days. I reccomend spacing them every 2-3 hours. You need to drink to stay hydrated! But no caffeine! You must not eat either, the cleanse is designed to help with digestion by giving your stomach a break. The products themselves are amazing quality, they arrive well packaged, and can turn up frozen to thawed out slightly, either way they are fresh so put them straight in your fridge if you are planning on juiceing straight away... or freezer if you are planning later on in the week or month. From experience I notice a weight loss, but it is not designed for that, but due to the less calories you will see it. Just remember if its being used along side a weight loss plan its a great aid.
