I prefer it to my Tushi bidet.
This works great once you get used to it. There are a few features that take some getting used to if you’re used to the in-toilet bidets. This has water pressure that goes from extremely gentle to very very strong (great for cleaning the toilet). I really prefer this to my Tushi bidet (which has been my favorite until now). This was easy to install, has not leaked at all since we installed it and so far seems very sturdy and not likely to break for quite some time.

Very happy
Never used a bidet so I was very skeptical if I wanted to try this. So glad I did. This product is amazing. Leaves you much cleaner then tp. Good range of pressure from soft gentle spray to strong. Great cord length. The hand held handle looks like stainless steel but it’s not. It’s plastic, but your hand grips it well enough. It was easy to install. Very happy with this product. I never want to be without a bidet again.

Nice, good price.
Hose and t-valve good quality, actual handle is light and feels light chrome plated plastic. Whish it was all chrome plated brass, but so far works great. Very strong water pressure so go easy when turning on. Fairly easy install, just make sure you start the valve connections by hand so you don't mess up your tank plastic threads. Takes some getting use to, but once you get the hang of it it is nice.

Great bidet, easy to install, good pressure
I'd been looking for a handheld bidet for ages, but the ones that were at Home Depot and Lowe's were stopping me dead in my tracks at their prices. This one had great reviews and was made by the same company, Brondell, so I went ahead and purchased it. It's been about a month of use now and so far, so good! It was really easy to install, I think it must've taken less than 20 minutes to do it all together. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. No special tools needed, just a Phillips screwdriver and a wrench. It actually with two options for hanging the spray: one that you can screw into the wall, and one that you can hang onto the side of your toilet. My husband and I went with the wall option, as the toilet hook did not fit on ours. We did have to use a drill for the wall option, though! The pressure is pretty great on this thing, and I really like the ability to adjust the pressure with your thumb. Grip is great for both my small hands and my husband's much larger hands, and we've found that the pressure can go super high but usually we do about low to low-mid pressure for use. The manufacturer recommends that you turn the valve off after each use to prevent leakage. This can be a bit of a pain, so my husband and I have been observing to see if it does leak. Our toilet doesn't seem to have leakage tendencies, even when the valve is left on for days, so we've taken to just shutting the valve off overnight as a precaution instead of after each use.

So much better than seat attachments
This is the way to go! Before this, I’ve only used the seat attachments and never intended on using anything else. But no seat attachments would fit in my new place. I’m so thankful! This is so much better! Once you get the hang of it, you’ll see. It’s just better. Also, it’s so compact and easy to install that I just take one with me on long trips. *You MUST clear the line after every use. Otherwise the line will eventually leak due to the constant pressure. As long as you clear it every time, this thing lasts forever.

Bad design
The way it's curved is awkward and it feels like it's not for right handed people. It's not easy to use. I don't like it. I installed it so I'm keeping it, but I absolutely dislike it. It's also hard to put it on the holder.

Design needs to be sturdier to withstand falls
Easy to install, works well until one fine day it snaps half way through the stem. This could be happening because of repeated falls to the ground, however the design should account for this happening. I have bought several over the years because we still prefer this spout design to others but I really wish it would've been more sturdy

Funciona bien
Funciona bien. Ayuda a utilizar menos papel higiénico. El diseño es más largo que la mayoría de otros productos. La instalación es muy fácil y sin fugas.

Great product
Easy to install and straight forward instructions. The on off water shutoff works well but it is a little stretch to reach that far back on the bottom of the toilet reservoir. Spray is focused and easy adjustable. Not too keen on the holder because it displaced the lid on top of the toilet and shifts it over about 1/4 inch. Should come with a foam spacer for the other side then. All things considered a superior product.

the quality of the product
Este producto es bueno, solo que no funciono para hacer la coneccion con las tuberias en los baños, ya que el diametro es mas grande. Lo utilizamos con otro productos y funciona muy bien.

Quality product for hand held bidet user
Everything in box was perfect, but personally I wish the wand section was slightly longer (~1-2"). I've never used a bidet in the past, but now that have, I won't go back to TP followed by a Wet Wipe. More efficient cleansing and much less stressful on rural septic systems. I've attached my install notes below... ..:: Senior Notes for Installing a Bidet ::.. .: Collect Required Tools :. -Teflon plumbers tape -Slip joint pliers -Adjustable wrench -Phillips screw driver -Reading glasses -Bidet system (hand held wand etc) .: Steps for Install :. -Lay down a towel and get down on arthritic knees -Reach behind toilet and turn off water supply -Flush toilet to empty tank -Try to reach water supply fitting under toilet tank (nope) -Get on floor laying on back and get wife to slide you between toilet and wall (nope) -Get wife to slide you back & pull you back up to kneeling position (extreme pain/flailing about) -Try reaching nut again from kneeling position (nope) -Wife says ‘let me try’ -Gets on floor and can’t get wrench on compression fitting -Wife lays on back and tries to slide between wall and toilet -Supply fitting removed -Try to attach water manifold (splitter) to toilet (nope) -Remove manifold and attach other hoses first -Reattach to toilet after numerous attempts -Husband checks fitting tightness and turns on water (surprise no leaks) -Asks wife to drop panties and demo bidet wand -Open flow, Bidet sprays all over wall -Open flow, Bidet sprays left into toilet -Open flow, ‘Wait a minute I have to go pee now’ -Open flow, Bidet sprays up the couter (yikes that’s cold) -Wife says ‘now what, my whole ass is soaking wet’ -Get me a towel please and then dries off -Pulls up panties -½ hr goes by and wife says ‘I’m still feel soaking wet, maybe its because I put wet panties back on’
