This is a great product in terms of what it is. I love the size of the device and that it's a 10000mah battery case. The case is big and bulky which is great because i have big hands and i dont have to worry about dropping it. I wish the 15 ultra supported reverse charging, that would be cool. I wish that when i plug in the battery case to my car it supports Apple play. When i first get the case it works with my car and after a while the car doesn't pick it up. I wish the case also supported wired headphones. Not everyone has wireless or there's times when your headphone dies that you gotta switch to wired headphones and the case doesn't support that. The device is also a great conversation starter. People will see my case and ask me what is that and i tell them. I'm an avid zero lemon supporter i make sure to get the case for all my phones that i purchase because i know it adds protection and gives me the sustainablity i need. The battery life on it lasts me a whole day with it charging the phone. I wish it had more grip to it. When the weather isn't that great or if it gets wet it becomes more slippery so if it had more of a textured side that would be more helpful. The tpu case that protects the phone it's a bit to flimsy. I've had other cases from zerolemon and if i drop my phone that this breaks way to easily. A good solution would be to put at least 2 in the packaging or make a stronger case

Very strong and durable.

This product is well-built and does get the job done. Charges relatively quickly and maintains that charge well, even through heavy usage. However, the product is comprised of three pieces, all three of which are really rigid. That would normally be a good thing, but the interior piece that lays over the top of your iPhone screen is very, very stiff with sharp interior edges; so sharp, in fact that it deeply scratched my iPhone screen significantly upon the first removal of the battery case. The design and build of this product are sturdy, and the construction quality is more than adequate. If the product were redesigned with a burred or more rounded interior edge profile for this specific piece, I could easily give it 4 or 5 stars. In the current configuration, however, this is an absolute no go. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone for any reason.

I liked the 8 or so of these I’ve bought over the years. But this one seems not to have as much of a charge. And it seems to be missing the charge through its always had. Taking the phone out to charge separately is just not a good time. I like it but also don’t for different reasons. I will continue to use it but probably will choose a different brand on my next go. “Update” the company has reached out to me and turns out the unit may have been damaged along the way or for whatever reason isn’t functioning properly but without hesitation they have set it up for me to receive a replacement. They are very responsive and have earned and will maintain my loyalty. Thank you

So far so good kept my phone on 100 for 32ish hours. My only complaint is the usbc port in the case doesn’t pass through data so accessories like my flir camera doesn’t work

I love these. I have owned about five now. And they will outlast your phone no matter how long you keep it. (Of course you’ll have to get a new one every time you get a new phone). I had one that had an issue with the button but the customer service was awesome and they replaced it right away. They protect your phone well and hold about three days of charge in my case. The best part though is the size. I have very large hands and even the iPhone Pro Max is difficult for me to hold on to. The extra bulk of this charger case is great for me. As for the weight, yes it is heavier than most but you get used to it quickly and I don’t even notice it. Get one and give it a week and you’ll love it.

Dislike that I have to take my phone out of case for the case to fully charge. Plus at half way charge it didn’t really charge the phone that much.
