Can you install either horizontal or vertical? I need 36x28 but you have 28x36.

Sure. The backlit mirror can be mounted horizontally or vertically. Depending on your usage habits.

Can the mirror be controlled with a switch on the wall? Do I need to adjust the mirror every time I turn the switch on?

Ours is on a switch and the previous light setting come on when the switch is turned on.

I see this mirror has increased anti-fog. I am going to buy a 72" mirror. Do I need to turn on the anti-fog function in advance?

My mirror is not as big as yours. I turn it on 10 minutes before every shower. I feel the anti-fog is better. I like to remove my makeup in front of it because it gives me a warm feeling.

Is the remote included?

This LED gradient backlit bathroom mirror is controlled with the mirror's buttons, no remote control.
