First of all they showed it as 4 star energy efficient when the product I got to know that it’s 3 star still I proceeded with Installation as Amazon didn’t respond either with replacement or with refund and now the installation official did this. He installed with leakage and due to leakage it got burnt or damaged on the very first day . This is FABER and Amazons work.Now I am going to file a consumer complaint with the district consumer forum for the harassment and cheating committed by the seller and Amazon. If No resolution provided.

2 of the 3 gysers i bought for my home doesn't work. After sales support is a joke. Don't waste money buying faber gyser. Buy ao smith or havels gyser from a local shop. Atleast there will be accountability for it.

Very good geyser, but it is not meant for a connection with a pressure pump. The nrv doesn't do it's job and thr geyser inlet leaks as a result. The only option if you have high pressure is to install the product without the nrv. Would have been a good option if the company takes an interest to fix this issue.
