PERFECT! I've finally found a reasonably priced ODB2 scanner that works well with my car! Choosing one that's compatible is somewhat of a mine field. The only thing to bear in mind about this reader is that it only deals with 'Engine' codes, not ABS or other faults. Ones that can read ABS seem to cost around the £100 mark. (NOTE: Try to avoid the cheap ELM327 v2.1 readers, many are fake and could cause problems with your ECU). Good Luck!!

Bought this for my Autoohix diagnostic unit. It fits snuggly and is well protected, and there is plenty of room for extras like cables etc.

Works well, tells me what I want to know and resets the dash light when the problem is fixed. I have a regular problem with a sensor which several garages have failed to correct but causes no problems so this has now saved me a lot of money: sensor trips, problem instantly goes and I reset the light. Ideal and good value.

IT plugs in and works so that's ok I rate it at four stars , when it's actually needed for real and hopefully tells me the problem I may well give it ten , that said excellent value.

Product arrived within the specified delivery time. It appears to be a robust piece of kit which enabled me to read and clear the fault codes on my Skoda. For £20 this is a no brainer. The garage would have charged me £100 for a diagnosis. My only small niggle is that the operator instructions are in very small print. I recommend this product.

The case is made for the scanner and is made from good quality materials, Amazon delivered it very quickly I am very happy with the service.

He usado este escáner Lector de Códigos OBD2 en mi Ford Focus del 2105 y funciona perfectamente. te conectas por el puerto OBD2 que esta en la parte baja e inmediatamente se enciende, lo puedes cambiar a Español y haces una lectura de códigos de errores, en caso de detectar alguno te lo marca y solo tienes que mirarlo en la tabla de errores de viene en el manual para ver que es. Además también te da la opción de borrar los errores que tiene, una buena opción para evitar visitas al taller oficial solo para que te borren algún código de error temporal o avisos de revisiones. Según el fabricante es compatible con la mayoría de coches a partir de 1996, en mi caso el mío es del 2015 y como podéis comprobar en las fotos funciona perfectamente. Está realizado en un material muy resistente y el cable es lo suficientemente largo para poder trabajar en mi caso sentado en el asiento del conductor, los tres botones son de tacto suave y de goma, en definitiva realizado para durar y muy efectivo.

Probado en una Renault Kangoo: No funciona. Un Kia Sorento: Funciona. Audi A6: Funciona. Un menú escueto con tres funciones: Diagnosis, información y lenguajes. Si consigue entrar, te dice el número, solo el número, sin códigos y ni nada de errores que hay en una información que a los tres segundos desaparece y te da la opción de borrarlos. Eso es todo. Es un aparato demasiado sencillo y elemental para el uso que se le quiere dar y la propagandaque les fan en la descripción. En mi caso, el error de airbag de mi Kia, ni lo detectó siquiera y por supuesto no lo borró. En el otro vehículo, detectó algún error, pero a saber que borró.
