This deluxe hardback book features hundreds of stunning photos of the absolutely beautiful Monica Bellucci. The vast majority of the images were taken in the 1990's and early-to-mid 2000's (although there are a couple of Monica in her early teens). Thus the book represents some 20 years of modelling. These lavish images are a mixture of both colour and black & white, and are the work of over 30 different photographers. Although there are a few overly artistic images, concerned more with style than content, the vast majority of the photos aim to do one thing: demonstrate the seductive charms of the lovely and curvaceous Monica. And this aim is wonderfully achieved! There's a brief introduction by Giuseppe Tornatore and a short forward by Monica herself, and then the rest of the book is literally filled with glorious photos. Most are full page images (approx. 40cm by 25cm), although there are a few double-page spreads, as well as a couple of fold-out triple-page photos. In most, Monica is in various stages of undress ... and there are several images depicting full nudity. The photos represent a range of styles - expressing grace, fun, eroticism, seduction, and so much more. While many are head shots, most show-off this model's perfect body. For me, the best images are those that capture a sense of intimacy - especially those featuring Monica while's she's pregnant. This is a wonderful book. The hardback edition comes with a protective dustjacket (featuring the image as seen in the Amazon listing), and every page has a red satin finish. The book is slightly larger than described on Amazon. It's an impressive collection of fantastic photos ... and it's for fans. Anyone who recognises Monica Bellucci for who she is ... as perhaps the most beautiful woman in the world ... will enjoy this book. Although it's quite pricy - at about £30 - it's certainly worth it. If I had to describe it in a single word, it would be: "Wow!"

Spent last night looking at every photo in this book. I believe it's a must own for any fans of hers, in fact would be a good purchase for anyone who likes to look at a pretty girl for that matter. For the price I've paid of around £24 it's a bargain imo, best quality book I've ever owned. Absolutely weighs a ton when you pick it up. I'm familiar with most of the available photograph's on the web now of Monica Bellucci, but this book has a number of photographs of her that I've never seen before that are wonderful. I also like the fact that according to the back of the book the proceeds from the sale of this book go to charities Monica's associated with. A really nice touch and makes for me the purchase of this book even more worthwhile.

Monica Bellucci is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen! And this book superbly showcases her finest pictures. Essential for Monica fans!!!!

This lavish volume of photographs of Italian model/actress Monica Bellucchi was apparently produced by Ms Bellucchi herself and features a plethora of full page photographs of her taken over the course of her career (to date) by a wide seleciion of noted fashion & art photographers. The very first image in the book (the only non-photographic image of her) is provided by Italian erotic 'cartoonist' Milo Manara presenting Monica as a renaissance beauty in the Boticelli tradition. Monica next reproduces her 2 earliest 'professional' photos at age 13 (she was cute!) and then heads into the bulk of the artful photographs taken of her over the years by a literal 'who's who' of the glamour photography world. Personally I was more interested in the pix of Monica than the 'photographers' and I would report that this book presents a satisfying range of images of this exquisite Italian beauty. A majority of the photos are in artful black & white, but there are some color examples as well and several tasteful nude studies are included. Bellucchi has a timeless beauty that, similar to her predecessor Sophia Loren, has continued to develop as she has matured. For fans of Monica this is a treasure trove of classic imagery.
