Much better size for small servings than the large can. Excellent flavor and consistency.

It's our family tradition to make turkey enchiladas the day after Thanksgiving, and this is the sauce we use every year. Savory, delicious, can't get enough! Personally, I prefer the spicy or hot versions, but my kids prefer the mild - they're all great.

Our favorite enchilada sauce!

A case of a dozen 10 oz cans just like store has. Medium hot. Needs a can opener or a “church key “ can puncture tool to open the cans. Usually a good savings over the store price. Refrigerate can contents after opening in another container other than the can. Not gluten free, not kosher.

I cook a lot of Mexican food at home for my family, but needed to find a “sauce replacement” when I had to begin making two smaller pans of enchiladas to make the family happy (one pan with red sauce, and one pan with green sauce). Though still not as rounded a flavor as the Rosarita sauce I used to use, the smaller quantity in a can makes it more practical, and it’s still a good sauce. It has a good medium heat that isn’t overpowering. Yes, the purchase was a one year supply, but the price per can was lower than what the local Kroger store was charging for the same sized can.

Love this brand and flavor

I primarily use this sauce to jazz up a home made bean and cheese burrito. It really up's the game. As far as heat goes it's to subjective to say what's hot from one person to the next. I find this to be hot for an average person and mild/medium if you really like heat like me. The real magic is in the flavor.
