TRIM AND TONE WITH THE ABDOMINAL CRUNCH MACHINE
The machine arrived within the specified time and was easy for my husband to assemble. I think it is a great little machine, compact and easy to use, handle and store. For those who are not super-fit already it would be wise to limit the time spent on it to just a minute or two, once a day and increase it gradually but it is so easy and enjoyable to use you'll probably do what I did and then have to give it a miss for a day or two to allow your muscles time to adjust.. Because the machine works with your body weight, you can work hard and fast or slowly and gently and still get a good work-out once you have acclimatised to the exercise. I've only had it three weeks but am now able to do ten minutes at a time at a good speed, even though I'm in my late 60's.

Great bit of kit.
Great bit of kit. Little bit wobbly once put together. My wife used it twice then found it was really handy for hanging clothes on.

Well the instructions were in two different languages and the screws had fallen out of its packaging and all over the box however I did persevere and it took about 45mins to put together in the end after I worked it out and found all the bolts and washers, in English might take about 20 mins, anyway tried it and I did feel my muscles working so I think it will be great, I'm over 60 so it's a going to be a good workout

Good exercise
Purchased as I wanted an exercise machine that could be folded away, already having an elliptical glider. It is very easy to use and fortunately easy to assemble as the instructions are in French! Just get it out and exercise whilst watching TV, really good and feeling the benefit already.
