I don't know what I expect from buying a Soy sauce, but I thought the taste will be different from regular soy sauce that u buy it from the market. But, its nothing really special. It just took a long time to deliver. However, the item itself is not that bad so i give them 4 stars.

I first discovered “egg sauce” after our trip to Sapporo in 2024. The tiny bottle we got was gone in no time. Sad, I searched on Amazon and found this gem! So what does it taste like? It’s savory with a hint of sweetness, like an all-in-one mirin, soy and sugar mixture. I absolutely love it on eggs and actually prefer it over traditional shoyu.

The family loved this product. taste good and the nori mix is a great match for tamagokakegohan. Would be nice if the price is lower and I would have order more often.

このお醤油は、一度使うと、もう他のお醤油が使えないほど、美味しいですね。最初の頃は、お試しで小さい瓶のものを購入していましたが、今では、大きめの瓶でまとめ買いをしています。卵かけご飯はもちろん美味しいですが、我が家では普通にお醤油として使っています。
