I have 4 ultras. 3 of them ended up with hardware issues, including my recent purchase that was delivered on 8-31-20. As of today, the recent purchase wigged out.I chose to purchase this because my first ultra, the back of the phone looks extremely horrible with one drop made several years ago.Was never told that I could get it replaced, or the color of the back of it can get changed.This is not a knock on the seller, for I don't think they had anything to do with the hardware issues of the phone I recently purchasedThe ultra is my favorite model of HTC. Even purchased a u12. Still went back to the ultra.You hit or miss with this model at this time since HTC is no longer repairing the phone. You have to find a local phone repair shop to assist you with the issues.Again, this is not a knock at the seller, but service was decent, received a nice clean model, and completed before stated delivery time.
