Works Perfectly
Anyone with a key-less ignition fob should get one of these, or better still get two as in the case of this supplier. Remote cloning of your ignition key fob can be done even with the key in your pocket after you park up, or inside your house as is often the case with your spare key fob, OK it may never happen but thieves are getting smarter every day and for a few pounds you can protect against this. This little wallet works by blocking the radio signal that your fob is emitting all the time and not just when you press the button or approach your car, it is an invitation to a thief to clone the signal. Basically it is an inner pouch made from RF blocking fabric that is sewn into a sturdy outer wallet and many variations are on the market, this one by ARCLIT does the job really well. It is compact, but large enough to take most car fobs that I have ever seen and can even take a couple of other attached keys such as house and garage. This wallet has a neat keyring on a short ribbon sewn inside the pouch so that you can attach your car fob securely to it, this is useful when removing it for driving or unlocking the car as the wallet and fob remain attached to each other. There is an additional (very sturdy) ring sewn onto the back of the wallet that can be used to either attach all of your other keys, or to attach some sort of safety cord if you wish. The outside is made from a strong woven material with an outer stitched edge and it is held closed with a velcro flap that has the ARCLIT logo printed on it. I tested this wallet out on both my key fobs and they worked perfectly, once inside the pouch and closed neither the doors or boot can be opened using key-less entry. It is worth noting than some reviewers say that they mistakenly put their fob in the front pocket, lets be clear, there is no front pocket, The way that the wallet is constructed is an RF proof inner pouch is contained within an outer woven fabric wallet. In order for it to work the pouch must be folded over at the top to prevent key signal leakage, that means the inner pouch must project up higher than the outer cover so that it folds over when the flap is closed. I suspect it would be more difficult to close off this โextra pocketโ during manufacture so it is left open and can easily be mistaken for another pocket. If your fob is placed in this outer โpocketโ it will NOT stop the fob from working or being cloned, it MUST be in the inner pouch with the flap closed. It is good that you get two identical wallets from this supplier as most people have a spare fob somewhere around the home for emergencies. In addition you also get two covers for credit/debit cards that are also proofed against cloning, although I cannot yet say if those work or not, but I would say that they should. Overall a good product and nicely priced.

Excellent product - great signal-blocking performance for peace of mind
I purchased these cases to hold the individual car keys that I use on a regular basis (I've bought a bigger case for all the spare keys). What attracted me to these ones in the first place was the handy ring on the back, which means I can hang the keys in my key box while still keeping them protected. There's also a split ring built into the inside of the case - you could use this to attach your key if you are happy to always carry the pouch around with you. It would fit into a handbag or briefcase OK, but would be a bit bulky to keep in your trouser pockets. The size is absolutely perfect for one key. I keep my car keys and house keys separate so that's fine for me, and I would suggest that if you had perhaps one or two ordinary house keys on your bunch, that would fit in the pouch as well without problems, unless you use a particularly big split ring to hold them all together. If you want to keep more than one car key you might struggle with this. You can see in the photos that a newer-style BMW flat key fob and also an older Mercedes key both fit without issue. There is also a slim outer pocket on the front of the ouch that you could keep flat house keys in. The quality of the cases seems to be very good, they are a woven-type fabric with the protective lining. The stitching seems fine, and there are no scruffy or loose edges to the binding. Time will tell of course if they live up to the rigours of regular use. The flap closes with a normal Velcro fastener which I suspect, like all Velcro, will eventually weaken with use, but I'd say that's as expected. The MOST important part of these cases, of course, is how well they actually do the job they're designed for, which is to block the transmission of signals to / from the key fob. On this count they score a definite 100% thumbs up. From a distance, from close-up, even holding the case touching the car door handle WITH THE FLAP OPEN and the key inside, all our cars refused to open or respond to the key fobs (we tried the case with a Ford key inside too, with 100% success rate on blocking the signal. A case purchased from a national car parts chain store had previously failed to block the signal from the Ford key at all. All in all then, I'd say the Arclit cases are excellent and a great choice if you're after a smaller size. As a bonus, you get 2 slim credit card sleeves as well. I've not tried these yet so can't comment on their effectiveness, but they were a "bonus" as far as I'm concerned.

Does the job intended!
We bought a new car with keyless entry. With the wide spread news of how easy these systems can be relayed to steal the car or its contents. The first port of call was to purchased a signal blocker for the keys and these did the trick. I was looking for a pouch that was reasonably compact and easy to carry around. This was the smallest I could find that were reasonable priced and it does the job well. First thing I did when the item arrived was to test it out by putting the key in the back pocket of the pouch. Only the back pocket is signal blocking, the front pocket is for cards and is unprotected. My wife made this mistake! I can confirm the pouches work like a dream. It also came with two card blockers too which was a real bonus for credit cards. I did have one issue with one pouch where the velco was not stitched down and only held on by two corners that were sewn to the outer rim of the case. I contacted the seller and they were great at sending out a replacement. Only time will tell how durable these will be, but so far I'm impressed with them.

Great product and great service.
I came across the arclit car key signal blocker case after reading reviews of other products which all recommended this one. The item came very quickly and was packaged very well. You receive two pouches which have two pockets inside and a openable card which appears to be a signal blocker. You place the key inside the foldable card and then place it inside the pocket folding over the velcro strap. I have only given four stars for ease of use due to expecting the pouch to be lined with a signal jammer fabric. The item works as expected and does not allow any signals through, this was tested on both the pouches you receive. I was not able to test wireless through my phone due to my phone being too big for the pouch. If I had one critisism and it's more of a recommendation for future designs I'd say it might be helpful to place a slit through the top of the velcro strap to allow a keyring for other keys to sit outside the bag as realistically it's only possible to fit the car key. The customer service I have received has been nothing short of brilliant with me receiving an email a couple of days after delivery asking if the item was received and whether it was damaged due to 'some' delivery drivers throwing the parcel into gardens etc. If you need a car key signal blocker then I'd look no further as for the price and what you receive you won't find better.

Well-made, effective and comfortable in your pocket.
The pouch is sturdy and seems well-made. It has a key-ring on a short lanyard that is attached just inside the lined RF shielded pocket. There is another pocket in front of the shielded one, but I don't find I use that. My other, standard, keys such as front door key, etc., I attach to the small but heavy-duty ring on the outside of the pouch at the back. Of course it's a nuisance having to get your key out of the pouch to unlock the car and turn it on - it almost defeats the purpose of the remote RF locking and ignition! But you do get used to it. I figure that there's no need to return the electronic key to the pouch while I'm out and about, just when I'm stationary somewhere, such as at home with the car outside. This minimises the amount of hassling I need to do putting the key in the pouch and taking it out again. It's a good product, very reasonably priced, and works as you would expect it to.

Perfect case for the job.
Good product, really pleased. Does exactly what it should. When key is encased the car will not start. This is a great 2 pack for car key and spare. I like the fact there is a keyring on the inside so easy to slide key out and back in. A bonus is the little front pocket for a bank card (this set also comes with 2 sleeves for cards to prevent contactless details being gained) which is handy when quickly nipping out to shop. A little round book on outside means you can attach a caribiner or additional keyring if you like to hang keys up in a hook. Very pleased. I was also touched by the personal email from the seller checking it had arrived in good condition. First class service!

Sturdy key signal blocker
Purchased July 2019: worked brilliantly. February 2020: the door can now be opened with the key in the pouch. Will try and return for a refund. Disappointed. I had to buy these woven nylon cases because the first set of signal blockers I bought from a different company were made from pleather and started to crack around the fold after 6 months which I wasn't best pleased about. These are much sturdier and feel like they are far less likely to fall apart due to the nylon material they are manufactured from. I have tested their signal blocking capabilities with the key sealed inside the pouch and I can't open the car door. I've also opened the car and put the key back in the pouch and sat in the car and the car won't start as it registers that the key isn't present. Nice quality pouches and they work well giving me peace of mind that the signal can't be picked up from the house by would be car thief's.

Great Pack of 2 Car Key Signal Blocker cases and 2 Bank Card Blocker sleeves
Great pack of 2 Car Key Signal Blocker cases and 2 Bank Card Blocker sleeves for a very reasonable price. The Car key cases are just the right size to fit most modern car keys and any key fob you may have attached. They are small enough to put in your pocket also. There is a handy key ring attachment inside the case that you can attach your keys onto so that they do not fall out of the case. The keys must be inside the shielding pocket of the case and the Velcro flap must be closed for the signal not to leak out. This is good because when you need to use the keys just leave the Velcro Flap open in your pocket and when you have opened the car or when you have locked the car just close the flap and the signal is safe. The case is designed with a pocket of shielding material inside the case which forms a compartment inside the case. Your car keys must be in the shielding pocket and the Velco flap closed for the signal to be stopped. Not sure why the pocket was designed into the case instead of making up the whole case - I assume to give two pockets one shielded and one not? The extra 2 Bank Card sleeves are also extremely handy to protect your bank cards. I liked the product so much I bought another pack for some other keys and bank cards we have. Good delivery times also - no delays at all.
