Tasty post-ride treat.
I’m A HUGE scratch fan and this recovery drink doesn’t disappoint. Great treat after long rides. Only challenge is with clumping. Make sure to shake well!

Tate’s so good! I’ve started premixing it before the ride: 50 grams of powder, 355 grams of water, and a double shot of espresso… throw it in the cooler Roth some ice. It’s like a cold mocha recovery drink. That and a dip in a cool river after a crispy ride will make you feel like a million bucks.

Skratch Labs Recovery Drink works really well.
After a hard ride, I tried the Skratch Labs Recovery drink. I mix all my Skratch Lab powders in a cup of hot water to make sure the it dissolves completely before add cold water and sometimes ice. This method works well for me. I was very happy with the result I got from using the Recovery Drink. I do the same training ride two to three time a week and this time I didn't need to rest after the ride. It tastes pretty good and I felt good all day!

I love this stuff!!!
I love this stuff!! It is so good after a long run to get energy back without tummy troubles. I am happy with the ingredients, the consistency and the way it blends, even just in a shaker bottle! Easy to digest! I do wish it was a larger size, but I'll just buy a lot instead!

Nice tasty recovery drink
I like the taste, flavor and the ingredients. Tip, the powder doesn't quite desolve in cold water. Need to mix it with half cup of hot water first then add cold water.

Tastes great, and has everything you need.
This recovery shake works really well for me. For hard workouts I use two scoops for lighter ones just one. Scratches version of a recovery drink is spot on imo. It has all the good things that a supplement should have and tastes great! Some complain about the amount of sugar, but for me I adjust the amount I use based on the intensity. I would just like to see them offer this in a bulk package at a discounted rate. The largest you can get now is 2.6lbs. Sounds like a lot but it goes fast.

Reliable and tasty.
Skratch is my go to. It’s delicious, no fake or fraudulent sugars in it and it’s made in USA. Great customer service and the value is very good. The product taste just as advertised and I’m always looking forward to my next order.

Actually tastes good
It's hard to find powders that aren't impossible to choke down. This one is so much better than any other I have tried (which is a lot) and I actually enjoy it!
