First training book I couldn’t stop reading!
Many concepts and applications clicked quickly and were delivered in a way to make them super easy to apply, especially for a non-athlete like myself just looking to improve my fitness and health span. Informative, engaging, entertaining and endlessly applicable to overall fitness. LOVE the QR codes, so cool. Get it, you won’t regret it.

Excellently expressed and great additional info for training
Excellent read, also gives a great foundation on the benefits of alternative training that’s not expressed enough in other reading! Highly recommend!

Powerful and informative
It's obvious there was a lot of hard work and dedication that went into this book. I appreciated the amount of knowledge that was shared from various people in the industry that really made this book feel whole. I love that there are QR codes available to access the exercises discussed in the book. I've never seen that before!
